I love that that posture corrector has adjustable cushions for under arms makes it so comfortable to wear. The straps are thick and stretchy so they don't hurt or dig into skin. Definitely recommend

I honestly can’t say whether it helped my posture at all. I feel like by wearing it, it does make you cognizant of your posture a bit more, but in terms of quality, it kinda feels like a flimsy piece of plastic being held to your body by elastic pressing into my shoulders, and not like a supportive tool. Great in theory, but could have gone without buying it.

This product does seem to work, and I have noticed that it corrects my posture. What I like about this one compared to other brands is that the piece that goes on your back to actually correct your posture is made of plastic and not fabric so it is much more supportive.However, what I don’t like is the way that this item is structured.The piece that goes across your waist/lower chest and your shoulders is one long strip. It is essentially a durable elastic band. The downside of this is that any time you tighten the piece across your waist, it also tightens the piece along your shoulders. There is no way to adjust how tight your shoulders are while not also adjusting how tight it is along your waist. Also, because this is essentially a thick plastic band, it starts to dig in to your armpits a lot more than the fabric ones do. The little padding does help a little bit but it’s still think it’s fairly uncomfortable faster than other posture correctors.

I was surprised when I put it on because I thought it would force my shoulders into the correct position but it was surprisingly flexible and I could still slouch. I thought I would give it a chance and after sitting down at my computer for just a few moments, I noticed how uncomfortable it was to slouch with it on. The brace does not force you into the correct posture but gently reminds you to sit up as it become uncomfortable not to. I started using it for 30 minuets a day. After just a week, I noticed I was sitting up straighter and not slouching as often. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who needs those posture correcting reminders, especially those who sit for most of the day.

It actually works ! I notice when i am not using it my slouch is very very bad , Its comfortable when you have clothes on ! can be slightly uncomfortable in arm area even with padding on ( when u dont have clothing on like a tank top )

1) item was ordered as per dimension chart, in size S, but the front closure under the breast line and tummy is ending up very tight. 2) the closure mechanism will damage the elastic over time and wear out the elastic. 3) Was ordered for a petite person usually wearing between XS and S, small height and small weight, as in relation to your size/ dimension chart, but its not usable. 4) Further, although it is tight on the front closure, the shoulders are not correcting enough towards the back for better posture, which is the main purpose of this item. 5) Material might be ok, and the finishing of the stitching, but usability vs price is in no relation, if it does not serve the purpose.Item was ordered for 2 people, as for final review, it does not fit for one person. Plus the 2nd unit (M) had damages due to the valcro closure, being strong and damaging the elastic.

I bought this ( Feb. 2021) to help with my posture. I bought two different styles off Amazon. I thought I would like the wrap around feature - where you could pull on the elastic strap and tighten it ( with the over lapping velcro )to pull your shoulders back. I can't stand it. Lile others have said - it cuts right into you. The only way I could possibly wear it is with a towel tucked under it - to stop it from cutting into my skin.( see the photo.) Poor design. I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt. but I can't recommend this. The front part needs something to slide over it to protect the wearer Like it has for the shoulders. It is SOOO uncomfortable. I did not try it directly on the skin - since over a T-Shirt is painful enough. I am sure I will send it back if I am able to. Listen to the others do not buy this - it is a horrible design. I wonder if they had women try this on? Look at the other styles on Amazon - the one where the velcro attaches to the front of your shoulders - that is a much better design than this one. This one might be ok if you want to wear something tucked between yourself and the brace...( like a towel all day) otherwise skip it and purchase something with a better design. I hope the designers read this and fix the problem.

I am seeing a PT for headaches due to a strain in my lower trapezius. The strain in the lower trap causes the upper trap to spasm, creating headaches. I'd been telling him that sitting at my desk at work felt like it was fatiguing that lower trap, setting back the work we're doing by flaring it up-- that I needed support. He suggested kinesiology tape but I'm allergic to adhesive. I found a diagram online of how to wrap your trap with yoga straps (rhyme unintended!) as a makeshift brace-- he agreed with the wrap pattern, but said the material needed some give and flexibility. I found this posture brace that matched the same pattern of support, and showed it to him. PT approved! So I am to wear this when doing activities that make you slouch and aggravate the strain, like working on a laptop or hunched over your desk writing. So I've been wearing this around the house today, and WOW my headache and the tension in the upper trap is easing up. Need to let that lower trap calm down, to help our strengthening at PT and my home program. PT says don't wear a brace for longer than necessary, as prolonged support will weaken the muscle. But for added support when it's flared, this is working beautifully. The straps are firm but stretchy, and comes with added pads for the underarms so it doesn't rub. The middle section down the spine is a firm plastic, with foam inside for comfort. And it comes with an extender for the straps if needed. The pink color is a plus, as if I wear this under clothes it won't show. Great product!
