Guardner Belt
Men and women who experience ongoing discomfort in their backs might try a number of different back braces or lumbar support belts. However, Guardner Belt will be the last belt you ever need to try.
Simply tug the straps to firmly secure the belt in place and support your back.

Care: Machine washable. Please use a mesh wash bag (not included) and wash on gentle cycle. Line dry.
Multi-Functional — Can Be Used 3 Ways
Align the pelvis into proper position. With the belt wrapped tightly around the buttocks and hips, lift the legs in a crossed position for 10 reps to help with pelvic alignment.

A. Measure the intended wearing position as indicated below. If you plan to use the belt for multiple purposes, choose the size corresponding to the largest area.

S: up to 28.7” / M: up to 32.7” / L: up to 37.8” / XL: up to 45.3”
A slightly larger size will not affect the fit. In general, we recommend sizing up if you are unsure about which size to choose.
For children and those with a very slim physique, we recommend selecting size S.
A. Since it doesn’t have rubber, many users report that it stays in place very well.
If you find that it does move, please refer to the common causes and their solutions below.
1. There is a big disparity between the waist and hip circumferences.
OR
There is frequent movement from sitting down and getting up or bending over.
→ Solution: Wear the belt above the hips and around the stomach.
2. The belt is worn over slippery material.
→ Solution: Wear it over cotton material and avoid layering clothing underneath.
A. It depends on the clothes you are wearing, its position, and how tightly it is fastened.
If wearing it at the waist, you may be able to just loosen it.
If it’s around the hips, you can loosen the adjustment straps and slide the belt up.
We recommend tightening the belt again afterwards to achieve the best fit.
A. Please be sure to consult your physician before use and use in accordance with your physical condition.
During pregnancy: It can be used, but be sure not to wear it too tightly to avoid any pressure on the baby. Refrain from using it for muscle training.
Postpartum: In general, it can be used unless you are experiencing bleeding.
In most cases, Guardner Belt can used if your doctor clears you to use a pelvic support belt.
If you feel even slight discomfort, loosen the belt or discontinue use.

This has helped with my lower back pain. I previously had a L5-S1 bulging disc. I got this to help give my lower back some extra support. It is more comfortable than I thought it would be.

人生4度目のぎっくり腰をやってしまって現在使っているコルセットはゴムが伸びて締まらなくなってきたので気になってたこの商品を購入。正直に言うと初めて付けた感想は、コルセットが硬くてすぐズレるので失敗したと思った。ヒモを引っ張って締め付ける時はすごくいいんだけど本当に買ったばかりの時はすぐズレる。私は細身なのでしゃがむとすぽっと腰からアバラ骨付近にずり上がってくるが、お腹がぽっちゃりしてる人は気にならないかもしれない。いい値段するけど返品するのめんどくさかったので1週間ほど仕方なく使っていると、だんだん腰に馴染んできてあまりズレなくなったので星5にしました。あとガチガチに締めすぎるとすぐズリ上がってくるので適度に締めればそこまでズリ上がってこなくなりました。このコルセットは自分の腰になじんだ時に初めて本領発揮するように思えます。今ではすっかり腰になじんで着け心地もいいし、しっかり腰をサポートしてくれるしでとても気に入っています。マジックテープやヒモの耐久性はもう少し使ってみてから追加レビューします。

It is a bit of an investment but I decided to take a chance on this one after seeing it on TikTok.There are no exaggerated sounds like they had on the TikTok videos but man this thing helped me a ton. I’ve been down and out in bed for days because my lower back was so bad. Once I started wearing this thing it really helped my back start to feel better.Be careful what clothing you wear with it because the Velcro might snag on certain fabrics. After some trial and error I’ve found it’s best to wear this under all of my layers or just over a simple camisole or tshirt.Super happy with this brace and if you have lower back pain, definitely try it!

This gives a great deal of support, about ten times as much as the elastic-based ones you can usually buy at a drug store. It is very light weight but works every bit as effectively as one my doctor tried to get me to buy for $600.00.

First I feel good but when I wear too bulky even I chose “S” size. It didn’t stay well. I tried to retuned but I can’t … other waist corset stay better so I can wearier open.
