This item runs about 4 sizes too small. Would not recommend. had to return sizing is completely off.

I'm average size and wight and ordered an extra large. It fits perfectly with space for me to loose or gain a few lbs. I love how it fits my waist. It's snug, secure and comfortable. i'm ordering another.
