For an acrylic serving bowl, this is simply gorgeous. It is large enough to hold a large salad (for at least ten servings) and has a snazzy design that dresses up a dinner table. Much prettier than some dull wooden salad bowl. It is also easy to clean. Thanks too for the serving utensils that come with it.

The Prodyne acrylic salad bowl is beautiful. I have not used it yet but it is well made, no rough edges and not huge or tiny. To me, the feet sold it, they make it look not like other flat salad bowls. It will be great for company, and it looks so modern with the smooth acrylic and a few ridges going top to bottom. Would buy again and recommend to others.

I had a few crystal salad bowls from budget to expensive one. After hosting many family and friends dinner, I'm tired of washing those crystal bowls. Also, in case if it breaks, crystal clean up is a nightmare for me as I always worries to leave something behind that may hurt someone. I ordered this on Amazon when I first saw it and it was not disappointed. its a very clear acrylic and study, looks expensive too. I paired it with a stainless steel scissor serving tongs. My family & friends also like it as well. This became my goto salad bowl, haven't touched any crystal salad bowl in the last couple years.

Bought this same bowl several years ago at a store. As it had become scratched over the years I kept looking for an identical replacement. On a whim I searched Amazon for acrylic salad bowl & there it was! Absolutely love this bowl. It is a great size, is light weight & looks really nice on the table. Always receive compliments on it. Am keeping the old bowl for everyday use & keeping the new one for company use.

Last November, shortly before Thanksgiving (November 21, to be exact), I was looking for a salad bowl, because even though I've got salad bowls (or at least bowls that I use for salad) they didn't seem to be very deep enough to hold a family-sized amount of salad, especially with enough room to safely toss all the ingredients, lettuces/spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers & other veggies, and if/when applicable, meats, cheeses & other toppings without it possibly spilling out of the bowl.So especially with the Thanksgiving being a few days away, I wanted to get a bigger salad bowl to have in time for the holiday meal. Ideally, I'd have preferred a wooden salad bowl (and I still may get one at some point in the future) but because at that time, the only wooden salad bowls available for sale, even those with Prime Shipping would not arrive until after the Thanksgiving holiday, I decided to get this which WOULD arrive in time for Thanksgiving -- actually, even BEFORE the holiday.When this salad bowl & servers arrived, it was packed well enough that it wasn't broken or chipped. It is a very deep (in fact, a little deeper than I'd wanted) spacious salad bowl. It seems to be very sturdy, though in all honesty, I've not tested out whether it would break or chip if I dropped or threw it to the ground. Its a clear/see through bowl so when making layered salads you can see all the ingredients.This also comes with a matching serving fork & spoon set, to serve salads.All in all, this is a GREAT salad bowl. The only quibble(s) I really have (and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 -- though if it were possible, I'd have only deducted half of a star for that quibble. But Amazon doesn't offer half-stars as an option) are that I wish the servers were attached to each other (like tongs) and that the bowl was a *little* less deep and slightly wider instead.Other than that, I really like this !!★☆★☆ 4 STARS!!!!
