PRIER residential hydrants are the finest quality available. Made from heavy cast brass patterns, copper tubing with stainless steel and aluminum accessories, these hydrants are designed, built and tested to last for the life of your plumbing system. PRIER stems are made with heavy brass ends and are secured at the handle and at the seat with long wearing ACME threads. Since we secure our stem at both ends of the valve, we can manufacture a hydrant to virtually any length and not encounter problems associated with stem seating, rattling, or noise under flow. PRIER offers eight different residential models with as many as seven standard inlet options, twelve standard lengths and options for custom lengths and plating finishes. We make variety and customization a priority at PRIER so you can have the valve you need, when you need it.

Good quality. Quarter turn on/off. Handle is plastic so we will see how that holds up over time. I thought that should have been metal for the price.

We purchased this because it came long enough for our problem space, but I would recommend any size of this brand it is the best one ever! It feels very well made, it takes the smallest turn to be on full force. I just love it I want this kind for both my hoses!

While this faucet is a bit pricy, it is rock-solid quality. You don't want to have to replace faucets. buy this for life.

One of the few faucets that are readily available at 16" length. Good for coming into a concrete foundation 8" thick wall, plus studding. The quarter turn aspect is very nice.

Easily installed, fit well -- needed extra length, and this seemed to be the only valve available that was long enough. Very well made, super high quality.

Very high quality, made with pride in USA. This will last a lifetime of service for residential or commercial users. Repair and renewal parts are sold as a kit if this hose bib ever leaks. Simple to remove just the stem and replace o rings and seals in minutes. Threaded or solder connection depending on your preference. I am systematically replacing four ten year old freeze proof hose bibs I purchased from a big box store that have started to leak, repair parts are not available for these foreign made hose bibs, they will go to the scrap yard for recycling.
