This is probably great for ballet class or barre work at home as a reminder and that’s about it. Nothing wrong with that, but I purchased this expecting something sturdier that I could wear for long periods of time. If worn too long it feels constricting in the arms. Maybe I bought the wrong size but still happy with this fine.

I measured 40" around my shoulders, so I ordered the M/L, the largest size offered.I wish the seller would offer more detailed advice on how to figure out the size that will fit.I'm not sure if I was measuring correctly. I am thin and small-boned.Unhappy Discovery upon arrival: It was impossibly tight and uncomfortable to wear. Cut into armpits.I would suggest that you give yourself an extra margin of at least 4 extra inches, or better yet, call the seller for advice on choosing the correct size.Their number is: 347 four four eight 3190 Extension one 0 4 2 9
