The fans on both sides of the neck work in tandem to cool the corroded and jugular arteries to get rid of excess body heat and cool you down safely but also do so fast. This is my favorite neck fan by far and I have owned several brands and types with various designs. This is by far the most well-designed neck fan I have had. The fan motors have 4 settings 1=Off, 2=Low, 3=Medium, and 4=High. I use the 4th setting a lot as I am very sensitive to changes in body and or enviromental tempurature shifts. By far my favorite neck fan.

This fan is perfect! I bought an early 2022 and it lasted me until September 2024 without any issues. This is after using it five days a week for over two years. I just charge it when I get home and when I leave for my third shift job, I pop it around my neck. I turn it on when I get to work. It will go a full eight hours on low speed, but if I want to switch it to medium halfway through my shift, it will still last the rest of the night. I’ve never tried using third speed all night but it’s never failed me. Being in my late 50s I get hot flashes and this is amazing. It really is a lifesaver. Excellent product. Excellent value for the money.

Air blower was strong and cool. Sent this one back because it had a rattle in the right side. Otherwise, it is a great product, value for money

Just so you know this does not blow cold air it is just a fan. It worked great for me being out either outside or inside at work. Just for a head up though if the air temp is hot it will blow warm air but if you are sweating it does feel nice.

I work in a veterinary hospital in a hot climate. We have AC, but on many days it's just not enough, especially since a medication that I take makes it harder for me to deal with heat. This fan keeps me cool and dry on those days, and it's quiet enough not to spook the animals. The only time I need to turn it off is when I'm using a stethoscope. The openings are small enough to keep out most of the pet hair, yet big enough to allow ample air flow. In spite of its light weight it has ample battery capacity; I can run it all day long on the middle setting without recharging the battery, and most of the time the low setting is all I need. I've recommended it to friends, family, coworkers, and clients. Because of this fan, I don't dread the really hot days like I used to.

I questioned how well this would work in 90-to-100-degree heat, and if it was just a fan claiming to have a AC cooling plate. But it really does cool the air a good15 to 20 degrees cooler. The chill plate in back works! I am going to experiment with flexible chill neck pads and have that at the cooling plate to see if that will cool the air even further!The three speeds are great, the middle speed is what I use most, it is still quite enough I can have conversations. It sends a nice flow of cool air around your face and head. I sweat a lot. and have had to use cooling towels which only stay cool for about 30 minutes, and you have to either re-cool it or change it out for another. With the neck fan, I was able to work in the yard for five hours without wiping sweat off my head and face. I love this thing! It was such a good price too. A portable AC unit built into a neck fan! I am impressed!

Today I received my pink Jolassy portable, rechargeable neck fan, and I couldn't wait to get it charged up and ready to wear. Once it was charged, however, and I turned it on, I was NOT a happy camper. A fan should sound like a fan...NOT a clicking, grinding Geiger Counter. It sounds like it is literally shorting out, on every speed. The noise is extremely annoying, but the fan, itself, sounds alright...IF you can stand the loud grinding gears sound. It is literally unwearable. It's too bad because other than that, I loved it. It's a very nice shade of pink, the airflow is good, it's comfortable to wear, and I love the way it literally conforms to your body. I needed it desperately because the a/c went out in my car and I can't afford to fix it. I have MS, and my body cannot stand the unbearable heat and humidity we are experiencing right now. I've canceled many Dr. appointments because I cannot stand to be in my car, and I don't have any other way to get around. I live on a fixed income, and I bought this, based on all the good reviews I read. Still, it cost nearly $40.00, and that's a lot of money to me. I was hoping this would be as great as it sounded. Maybe I just got a dud, and everyone else got a good one. I'm very unhappy and sad about this as I was in love with the design and the comfort of the device. But I cannot stand to wear it because of the grinding noise. If it just sounded like a FAN, it would have been perfect. Sadly, this sounds like a fan SHORTING OUT. Other than that, it would have been the perfect fan for me, and I would have rated it 5-stars all around. And, I might have even gotten one in each colour. I really wish this had worked properly. God knows I need it. Now I'm going to have to cancel two more Dr. appointments next week. And, I'm out $40.00. I'm very disappointed by this, and even if I could exchange it for another one, I'm afraid that one might have a problem, too. Plus, the UPS store is about 10 miles away, and I can't drive that far in a car with no a/c. The heat is too unbearable.

this fan arrived quickly. unfortunately it not as powerful as i hoped and sucks ion the ambient air around it to disperse towards your face at the front. What looked like vents at the back of the neck are not vents.
