Eventually things wear out especially if it is sitting in a chlorine pool and roaming around a plaster pool. I don't bother paying the high price of genuine parts. The last time I replaced my tires was about 2 years ago. The price for this set is about the same price for just one OEM tire. This was easy to install and fit perfectly on my Polaris 280. Overall happy with this product.

My Polaris 280 Black Max is 20 years old, so parts are wearing out. This is my 3rd set of tires. These tires are white versus black, but who cares....I don't. For some reason the black parts (for a "Black Max" 280) are more expensive, but it's just a Polaris 280, regardless of color. You need to remove the middle drive wheel to get both tires on and be careful...that drive wheel has bearings that can fall out. Otherwise it's a 5 min job.

These fit our Polaris 280 well and have it scampering along the pool like new.My only wondering is if they will last for multiple seasons like the original tires did. There isn't a way to know that until after a lot of time passes.Made in China.

These Polaris tires are a PERFECT FIT as an alternative to buying OEM parts. See my pics here.Please let us know if this is "Helpful".Sure you and I can just buy the oem name brand parts to maintain the Polaris cleaner, but these work and fit perfectly for a better price - i.e. GOOD VALUE. We run a salt water chlorine generator system and I really have no idea if that is ay different on all the various plastics, but it sure seams like oem tires get gummied up after a couple years in the water, so IMO the bar set by oem isn't that high. Since these are a perfect fit and seem the same expected elastic rubber consistency, I expect these to last at least as long maybe longer than oem (possible update here).Please let us know if this is "Helpful". These replacement tires have been a lifesaver for my aging Polaris 280 pool cleaner! The original wheels tend to become brittle and crack over time, so it's great to have a cost-effective option to keep the cleaner running smoothly. These replacements were easy to install and fit perfectly. My pool cleaner is back to zipping around the pool like new! Highly recommend these to anyone with a compatible Polaris model.

I got these to replace my Polaris 360 tires. After a year of use, these had become 'tacky' and not very effective, so I got this set to replace them. They are very easy to install and work great. In the photo, I was also replacing the bearings, but you do not have to take the wheels off to replace the tires. This is a good product.

The Hypolinx Pool Cleaner C10 Replacement Tires fit my Polaris 280 perfectly. The old tires were easy to remove and the new ones were easy to install. The tires look and feel just like the old ones I was removing(but less worn). To remove the old tires you just pull from the back edge of the old tire over the front of the rim and they easily come off. Once removed I start the process by pressing a section(not the complete tire) over part of the rim and just move my hands around the rim pressing more and more of the new tire over the rim.I would order again.
