I ran out of reagents in my old test kit and purchased some other kits. The other kits had small test vials and I kept knocking them over. This test kit has large test vials, plus the acid demand reagent helps determine how much acid I need to add to bring the pH back in inline.

I Once Pentair used singular color chip standards, now they have one insert for all the pH standards. Very Nice.

Nice kit and it does what it advertises, but it would be nice if it came in some sort of case. The clamshell plastic package sort of works that way, but only sorta.

Stick to the basics for pool chemistry. This has most of the essential tests for you weekly pool water checks. I'm color blind and still this is the best solution for me. The paper tests are worthless, the electronic ones even worse. This set is reliable and lasts for many years.
