3 different type of towels wouldn't work with this unit. You start to pull one out and it just rips. And we even tried the ones that are recommended by Amazon as an add on. I would not recommend.

I have been using this for a few months now and I am really happy with it. It has held up and no rust. I attached it to my backyard BBQ, so I have access to paper towels when cooking. Now only is it a great convenience, but it looks really nice.

The slot where the towels come out does have sharp edges. I just kinda flattened them with a hammer. Works fine now.

I got this paper towel holder for use in my small commercial kitchen to hold the three-fold paper towels that we use all day after hand washing. I'm happy to report that the common three-fold towels that are available at Sam's and restaurant warehouse stores fit perfectly. The dispenser is very clean, looking, high quality and functional. It's not too heavy, so it's easy to install on any wall with just some basic anchors. This is a really great product get if you want to have something that looks nice but also not spend a whole lot of money. Best of all, it's easy to add towels, as it is not necessary to remove the whole thing from the wall to open up the cover and refill.

I wish I had noticed the way you refill these. Not the easiest as the whole front comes down and you stack the towels on that.

I bought 4 of these worthless dispensers. you get what you pay for. I bought expensive, soft paper towels for these and it rips every one of them. My husband tried like suggested, to hammer the rough edge - it just didn't help. I bought them for our church restrooms - we're stuck with them for now. we wasted money on them and it took sooo long for them to get here. I tried to cancel the order, but was told I could not. have to wait until they arrive and return them. anyway, just don't buy them.

We purchased not only one, but two of these crappy towel dispensers. My fault for not looking at the reviews! You can not pull the towels out without having to pull hard on them, thus ripping them. We even tried putting duct tape on the edges, so they wouldn't catch on the towels, and we also bought different towels, but had the same problem. I liked the look of the dispenser, but they are unusable. I missed the return window. So they are junk now.
