I like that this paper towel dispenser has minimized the amount of moving components, making it less likely to fail in the future.I have used it for about six months at a commercial business and have had absolutely no problems. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who’s on the fence about if it’s good quality or not.

East to install after I found they keys. They are plastic, built into the back plastic wall piece. You snap them off and have 2 keys. Maybe this information should be on the instruction sheet as not everyone installing these roll towel holders is a master carpenter. Lmao (jk but not really. )

We bought 2 of these for our mechanic shop... one for the restroom and the other above the mechanics sink. Easily installed, easily refilled. Great Value for the money, Had them several months and they've stood through the rough mechanics. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good towel dispenser without breaking the bank!

The information about installing is too less when reading and purchasing from the page. When I received it, I couldn't find any screws for it. You have to find the screws with proper sizes by yourself. The supplier couldn't assume We tried to use strong double-side tape but didn't work. The plastic quality is not strong like a toy. This quality with no any assembling parts, I don't think this price is competitive.

I have 2 of these operating and they work great. I’m replacing the auto cutoff models with these units because when your hands are wet you cannot pull the paper out, leaving you still having to crank the paper out manually.They take any quantity of 8 inch roll, any size core and even rolls without a core.

I have a classic San jamar from the early 90s and it's been a die hard, made very well. This brand new one that I got here is simple and easy, but not as sturdy feeling as the oldie. That's how everything is nowadays though.Update: someone broke the handle off within a few weeks of having this.. it’s a nub now but they can still push the towel out.. soooo this is cheaply made. You’d think they’d construct something more durable, especially for how many times the handle gets used.
