This would have been a five-star review if the product had worked as expected. Before purchasing, I made sure to check the required paper towel dimensions. Unfortunately, one of the listed sizes, which is the size I have, doesn't fit. I'm not sure if it's a faulty machine or an error in the listing, but I was disappointed. The product still works, but the automatic drop-down feature, where the paper towel dispenses on its own, doesn't function. Instead, you have to manually crank it each time, and it's a slow process. The main reason I bought this was for a hands-free method, yet we still have to touch the dispenser every time to get a paper towel.

The dispenser is good, we have them in other restrooms of ours. I just think it's a total rip-off that this particular model on amazon does not come with the brackets as it was not mentioned anywhere in this description either.

I likethe towel despenser, works as it should, the spring could be alittle Looser when you pull the towel out with wet hands it rips the towel and have to use the forward reel to get it to come out
