The unit I received would not make ice. I set it up and did the initial cleaning as directed and all was fine. However, when I tried to get it to make ice, it did not work. I went thru the process for a return but never heard from the company. I filed a complaint with Amazon and they promptly refunded my money and told me to just dispose of the unit. I would never recommend dealing with this company. Thank God Amazon is so customer oriented.

We love this ice maker! Makes ice in no time, it’s crunchy and chewy and it doesn’t melt too fast. The design and color makes it easy to keep clean too.!
