Love the color , I like it counts the RR even though it’s very tough to read due to being small. The back where batteries are located comes off repeatedly!

I would give this device 3.5 stars. It comes with batteries, a zipper case, and a lanyard. It's an attractive white with pink accent colors. It's easy to put on and has a power button, which is unusual for these devices. This one also measures breaths per minute. It started out working ok, but had a really hard time reading my O2 levels consistently. It kept going up and down and up and down. I compared it to my other devices and they didn't have the same problem. It worked just fine for my mom though. So, if this works for you, it's easy to read and having the addition of breath rate is nice and usually not included in these devices. It's fairly accurate there.
