Why the measurement data may be inaccurate?

1. Avoid measuring in strong light as it can interfere with blood oxygen readings.

2. Minimize body movement during measurement to prevent measurement failure or inaccuracies. You can assist in stabilizing the measurement position for children, but note that the device is not suitable for children under 2 years old.

3. If fingers are too thin, it may lead to measurement failure or inaccurate data. In such cases, choose the big thumb or toe for measurement.

4.If your finger is wearing a fake nail to measure, the measurement will be inaccurate or failed.

5.If your finger does not cover the red light completely, the measurement will not be accurate or will fail.

How can I tell if the measurement is accurate?

When you find that the wave line tends to stabilize when you measure, it is an accurate measurement.

Why do the measurement values fluctuate instead of remaining consistent during the measurement process?

Due to the continuous measurement method employed by the device, values change in response to variations in Spo2 levels. Spo2 values are dynamic and subject to change throughout the measurement process.

This pulse ox is amazing. It works perfect and super accurate. The screen is easy to read with a bunch of different layouts you can rotate through. It reads super quick as well. Even the most active kid can sit still the 10 seconds it takes.
