I really dig this oven! I got it at a bargain when it was on sale for under $100. I've only used it a couple of times so far and here is what I can say about it:The construction and quality of the oven appear to be top notch. It is a very sleek looking unit and seems very solid.It gets really hot! There's no thermometer on the unit and on my first use I preheated the oven for 15-20 minutes and checking the stone with an IR thermometer showed values from approximately 500-700, hotter closer to the burners. Didn't think too much about this but then I loaded a pizza and the dough sprang right up, and the pizza cooks very quickly with a nice finish to the underside of the crust.Now here is where you need to take some care. I put in my first pie with the fire still on high, and the crust straight up caught fire! The next one I turned to low just before loading the pizza and things worked better, but still the top side of the crust cooks quickly and will char in short order unless you're careful. I think the ideal may be a combination of low and off, but it will take some practice to find an ideal. The only thing is if you want to travel between low and off, you'll have to pass through high, so be quick about it. I'm still acclimating to the oven and your experience will likely vary based on the particulars of your pizza.The upshot is that this oven has the heat you need, just a bit of a learning curve attached.I'm liking it a whole lot, especially for the price!

NutriChef Portable Outdoor Gas Pizza Oven is ready to use right out the box. Attach the oven to the propane tank, insert the pizza stone and you're ready to start cooking. The pizza cooks FAST and needs regular attention during the short cooking time. This is not a "set it and forget it" process but the results are definitely worth it. Compared to a lot of the other options out there this is the best value and it's a quality piece of equipment, it doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. With a little practice you'll be making great pizzas!

Ha salido muy bueno. No ha sufrido deterioro por uso o por intemperie. Se cocinan muy bien las pizzas. Solo debe uno aprender a mover la pizza y darle el tiempo Justo. No se requiere la flama al maximo después del precalentado

El producto está bien. Ya lo conecte s gas y probe, no he cocinado pizzas aun, pero me llamo la atención que no se cuenta con termostato para saber cuando está s la temperatura ideal para cocinar una pizza. Las recetas normalmente mencionan 400° centígrados para cocinar en 1-2 minutos.Como saber ls temperatura? Debía tener termostato o instrucciones de medir con un termómetro laser.
