There are many ways how people study music, specially guitar, the circle of fifths is one way, and this board is mapping out all the chords, with the diagrams how to play it without getting lost with all the other fancy chords, specially for beginners, this is a real helpI was looking for a little different layout, I’m also a beginner, I started to track my practice in 2022 and I have seen a lot of growth in it, i’m at 177 hours of practice now, my goal is for now to get to 300 hours, I know already the very open chords of a am, em, dm, so I wanted to level up on it and start playing higher up on the neck with bared chords, like go up a 1/2 a key or more without using a capo, what people usually do if they want to play instead of a minor go up to a C minor they put the capo on the third fret and play the C minor,But really to play the cm key, if I would know how to transpose all those keys of the am key with 3 - 1/2 notes up then I’ll be able to play the cm without a capo on the 3rd fret, and have more much more flexibility, to do more things. So I came across a chart that gives me that order, in the major and minor keys, but it doesn’t have the diagram of the chords there, specially in the key of minor, I couldn’t find such a chart online nowhereI like it simple, so the chat, you guys have done is in the circle of fifths, you guys did a amazing job with it, it gives me all the answers of the chord diagrams, I needed for the family of chords in the keys I was looking for, but it’s laid out a little differentI’ll share with you a picture below of the order I would appreciate to have it in, with all the chord diagrams,On the guitar generally the open chords would be the A minor, then 1st fret would be the B flet minor and so on, so with this chart, I’m talking about, it would be easier to practice different keys, for example to go from am to cm, I’d see am converting to the cm, then the dm to fm and em to the Gm clearlySo that’s 2 different charts with a slightly different order for the major and minor keys, because the minor key is the relevant 6 of the major key,I hope you guys understand me here
