What is the function of this switch (wall remote)
- This Kit include a receiver 28R, a wireless remote and a wall wired remote control, control your ceiling fan speed and light brightness.
- 4 Code switches (dip switches) to set a unique frequency (16 possible code combinations).
- 4 Buttons (High Speed, Medium Speed, Low Speed, Off).
- Light button will control the light brightness, turn the light on/Off.

- Does not work with fans built-in remote-control system, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi control.
Does it support to control multiple ceiling fans?
- Yes! please check the PIN code settings are different between these, or it may let transmitter next door or your Neiborhood's remote activates this ceiling fan in your other rooms. This may cause the fan turning on strangely while you are not at home.
Does it support dimming function?
- Yes! But only support light ON/OFF. If your light is LED bulbs, just can control LED bulbs’ on/off.

Function

Suitable for ceiling fan with reverse switch
Use the steps below to change the direction of your ceiling fan:
- Shut off the ceiling fan and wait for the blades to come to a complete stop.
- Using a ladder or step stool to reach the motor housing, locate the direction switch.
- Flip the switch in the opposite direction.
- Step down and turn the ceiling fan back on.
- Verify the ceiling fan blades are moving in the right direction.
HOW TO USE
- First, please set the frequency of our wall DIP switch to match the same pattern as the remote & receiver. (Note: If you have purchased 2 sets or more to control different fans, please set the combined frequency of each set to a different frequency.)
- Before installing the remote, please cut off the power supply of the fan, and read the instructions carefully, and install the remote according to the instructions. Incorrect wire connection can damage this receiver.
- Install the wall remote in the reserved position according to the instructions.
- Our unit has 16 different frequencies for fans, so you would have to play with the combinations. Here is the frequency list:(0 is down and 1 is up) 0000, 0001, 0010, 0100, 0110, 0101, 0011, 0111, 1111, 1110, 1101, 1011, 1001, 1010, 1100, 1000.

How to Install
Wall control installs easily
IMPORTANT: Fan speed and light control will not be activated by remote if pull chains for fan and light are not set to the HIGH and ON positions respectively
- The 115/120 volt/60 Hz wall control features two-wire installation for use in a standard junction box to replace an existing wall switch.
WARNING! Hook up "in series only"! Do not connect "NEUTRAL" supply wire of electric circuit to the transmitter wall switch, damage to the transmitter and possible fire could occur.
- Once you install the receiver in the ceiling fan, the wall control communicates wirelessly with the fan up to a distance of 40-feet.
- This unit can handle a fan maximum of 1 Amps and a light maximum of 300 watts. A matching wall plate is included for installation.

This ensamble works great with one minor exception...light doesn't always go off when button depressed too long or too short...seems must be held just right length of time...that seems to vary...

bought to replace a 20 year old fan switch which had become unusable. this comes with the wall switch, remote and the receiver unit that goes inside the fan itself. I only needed the wall switch. replaced it in 5 mins, used the same remote code as before and it works like charm. very happy with it.

Worked for 2 weeks, then worked intermittently, now only works with the remote. Have to fumble in the dark to find the remote just to turn the light on. Seller never returned my communication about this.

Working great for me. And installation was easy. Great to have a 3-piece kit like this available that are made to work together. If you try to piece a system like this together, you may run into trouble even if you install everything correctly. Trust me. Been down that road with replacement parts.While this system is great for adults, it's even better if you have kids. My kids knew that if they woke up from a bad dream, they could grab their remote and turn their light on for a while, or control their fan speed to their own comfort level.I'm so pleased to have found this kit, I bought a spare one for down the road if needed. I've found over the years that even great products like this have a habit of going away and they might be tough to find later.And the price is very reasonable. Thanks again to all. : )

We love having a remote and a wall switch. You can turn on the lights on your way into the room instead of searching for the remote, but can also change the fan setting from bed. This works great and was easy to install to an existing fan. Glad someone still makes a kit like this!

Unfortunately, as much as I like this product they are overall defective. There are many reviews with issues of them malfunctioning; however, these were the better of the items that I read and reviewed. So, I bought three of these and one of them worked fine and is continuing to work.One of them the switch on the wall quit working to turn the light off; however, the remote work. So I changed just the switch and returned it. It is still currently working fine.The third one however 😳 ☹️ has been and is still a complete nightmare. This thing just works all on its own and on its own time frame, regardless of what I tell it to do lol. I turned the light off and it would come on on its own regardless of I using the switch or the remote. Then the fan would just come on and change speeds. I turned the light on and I'm doing something or reading and the light just goes off. I would wake up and the light would be on and the fan would be on high and all kinds of other formulas. Is absolutely crazy. I bought another one, changed it out, and returned them. Just change this out 2 days ago and I'm having the same problem.The one out of four that actually works and is continuing to work is great and I love it! After changing the switch only on the one in my office it's been okay. However, this last one is just been defective after defective. They really need to figure out the problem and just fix it this would be an awesome product.Once they fix the problem the only Edition I would recommend that is missing is some kind of a dimmer for the light. That would make this one of the best complete packages available.
