it’s very good and sturdy! i intend to buy another one BUT it runs super small . i am a 8,5 shoe size and i have to order an extra large to fit well .

i was hurting my knees in kickboxing because my sticky feet weren't sliding on the mats in the dojo. these are exactly what i needed. my foot turns nicely while i still feel stable.

Wear size 8.5' regularly so I got a large based on reviews and they are too big. I kept them to try out thinking maybe I could make it work, but obviously I can't return now so just had to go with a different pair.

Bought these for my metatarsalgia to help control swelling and provide support. They worked perfectly. I am a 7.5 wide shoe size and I ordered a large. I thought they were too tight at first, but turns out, that's exactly what I needed. They do slip a bit and I kept having to pull them up, but otherwise they were perfect.Like other reviews have said, they are good for more than just dancing. I am a frequent short distance runner (1.5 mi - 3 mi) and I run in toe shoes, but I had increased my run frequency which was taking a toll on my feet. The are helping me recover faster. I wear them post run and take them off before bed. I have worn them for up to 8 hours (on my feet doing light daily activities, inside shoes and sandals or barefoot) before I started to get too uncomfortable

I bought these to replace a pair of foot mittens that had worn out. The foot mittens were nice, but sometimes the material between my toes could be irritating. I decided to give these a try because the only thong portion runs between the big and middle toe.I wear an 8EE, and I ordered a large. Fit was fine. It was a little work to get them on, but once on, there was no sensation other than a gentle feeling of snug. They felt great. Then I started to actually move around. I immediately noticed that the footwear started to slide up the side of my foot, entrapping my little toe. I kept stopping to pull the material back down. Finally I thought that maybe I just hadn't positioned them properly, and maybe they were supposed to come completely over my little toe. I ignored them and kept dancing right up until they slide completely up and off the side of my foot.I was unable to make it through a single 3.5 minute song without the stupid things coming off.Now, maybe lyrical dance is different from hoop dancing. Maybe there is not pivoting, turning, or spinning in lyrical dancing. I don't know. I do know that I'm annoyed and will have to spend more money to buy something that will actually work.

I almost always end up with blisters on my feet when I go out dancing and these aid in preventing that. Unfortunately there's only a few shoes I can wear them with so they don't show up.. but either way.. super comfy

After reviewing several products similar to this, I chose this particular half sole footwear. I have worn them twice, and so far they are comfortable and appear to be sturdy. I wear a size 8.5/Women shoe and I ordered a Large; they fit great as a whole, but the opening for the big toe is a little bit tighter than what I find comfortable. The item didn't have any instructions for altering the toe openings like some other brands do, so I'm hoping it will stretch out a little with wear. This particular brand does have a spectacular cross between traction and glide though, allowing you to turn without feeling like you are going to lose your footing with everything else.

These are very sturdy and fit a littl snug. I ordered a size larger and they fit nicely without being too tight. I will order more of these when these wear out, which won't be anytime soon.
