Last night was my first time using these dance socks. They're pretty popular where I line dance and I wanted to try them out. We line dance in the back of a brewery on a concrete floor. There are areas that are slick and areas that are really rough and pitted. These dance socks did help me spin and slide around on the floor a bit more easily on the rough parts. It kept my tennies from gripping. However, on the smooth bits, they became almost dangerously slick!Overall, works exactly as intended, but man did they get dirty!

I ordered these for a zumba class to be able to move, turn, and twirl more easily. The pink color is very bright and vibrant. These work really well. Very pleased.

I just started taking line dancing classes and I haven’t decided to invest the money in dance shoes. I saw a few people at dance class that had these socks over their sneakers. They got them on Amazon! At first, I tried wearing different kinds of sneakers, sandals and shoes, but they all would catch or grip on the wood floor or on the carpet and I really couldn’t move and twist the way that most of the dancers were dancing. One of the guys wears these similar kind of dance socks over his workout sneakers. He highly recommended them. I saw them on my vine and decided this is a perfect item for me to review. These shoe covers only slip over the front of your shoe but it’s enough to allow me to twist, turn and pivot with no restriction from my rubber sneakers. At first I thought they made things too slippery and you had to be careful not to slip but once you were dancing, these were the right bottoms for your sneakers so that you could move much easier. They are completely black made out of a rib stretching material. They do have a tag sewn into the seam, you could face it on the bottom or side, it doesn’t matter. I only wear them on the gymnasium floor while we do our dance lessons. They got a little bit dusty dirty, but I think I can wear them a few times before I wash them. These are a great alternative to buying dance shoes. If I stick with line dancing, I’ll probably end up investing in a pair of shoes, but these are awesome, easy to keep in my car and they allow me to do the dance moves with out my sneakers gripping the wood floor. Priced super affordable unless you buy in bulk. I dance one or twice a week. One pair is plenty. Recommend as they are cheaper than a new pair of shoes!!

These are good-quality shoe socks with good elastic to keep them on your shoes. My wife hates the large white logo, which is stitched into the socks, and wears them with the logo face down so it's not visible. Since there are many of these on the market, I would compare prices.
