True to size my puppy doesn't really do good with it she wants to take it off immediately but time will tell. Check sizing chart before buying i have a husky and it fits good.

Got this for my dog when he had a hematoma and he was determined to get it off and would shake his head relentlessly. It stayed on! It is also very soft and warm for cold walks.

I tried this on my 55-lb Old English Sheepdog and it was really tight. It might have been ok but she wanted nothing to do with it. Instead of calming her it made her crazy, leaping around and trying to shake it off her big head. But just because it doesn't calm my dog doesn't mean it won't calm yours. It is very soft and well made. The adjustable drawstrings are great for a customized fit. I took off one star because even the Large size was probably too small for my Sheepie.

My dog got a hematoma and would try and go back home because the cold air would bother him. So eventually i bought this and it helped. Almost kinda of small for my dogs head despite being large. My dog has a big human sized head lol. The material is soft and warm and has a nice pull string incase you want to tighten it. I feel like it was worth the price personally. Lets my dog enjoy his walk and keeps his ear from flapping around in the cold weather
