The reception for this antenna is bad - does not pick up well. I’ve switched back and forth to make sure that the antenna was the issue. Not sure what others are using

this antenna does look cool on my radio however it kept my radio signal on 1 bar, and sometimes when I try to key my radio it just doesn't. in the field is okay but if I conducting video surveillance in the office the signal goes pretty bad

This works but does not have anywhere near the range necessary to enter buildings. If you need your radio for worn consider alternative products.
