Got exactly an inch on my 2019 ccsb 3.5. Highly disappointed that I have to tear suspension apart again because angles are now terrible combined with bilstein 6112

Just received, yet to install though (will update if there is an issue). The spacers look good, and are powder coated steel (was a little worried since the Amazon ad said aluminum). They measure 3/8” of an inch thick (~.375 inches or 9.5mm). Hopefully that will yield the advertised half inch height increase.Update: Installation went well. Installed on top of new Bilsteins. There are just enough threads on the top of the upper top hat mount for these. I think they may provide just a hair over the advertised 1/2" (like .6, so almost literally a hair) but no complaints at all.

A lot of spacers will make a truck ride rougher. This didn't seem to make it much worse. You really have to pay attention to notice the difference. Would recommend the product to anyone with a similar F150.
