Had to torque onto the receiver until I started to feel the aluminum give to keep them from sliding. They definitely prioritized weight saving over function. The rings where good like all the other monstrum rings I've had

Great value option for Talley rings. I needed to crank the scope quite a bit to put the crosshairs on target but once it was zeroed they’ve held well. I used the 700 model on a Howa mini in 6.5 Grendel.

The screws are a little soft but it fit perfect and did exactly what mounts that cost much more do. Good stuff.
