What an awesome tool. Used it with ease and was able to drill a hole in our granite countertop within 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Well I decided to drill a hole in my granite countertop to put in a filtered water system. I watched a few videos and they recommended this specific tool. Can I say they were spot on. I was thru the countertop with no issues what so ever.I am so glad I ordered this, and more so that it did the job that needed to be done.

I'm a professional remodeler, and a customer wanted grab bars installed in her shower. The ones she selected included a hollow-wall anchoring device that required a 1" hole drilled through the existing ceramic wall tile. I chose this Milwaukee hole saw for the balance of price and brand reputation, but was doubtful the bit would last very long given the abrasive nature of ceramics. I was overjoyed that the process went perfectly, producing a clean hole through a 1 1/4" total wall thickness. The bit looks as good as new, and I'll be able to use it again on another project. I kept the speed on the low side, and the bit wet with fresh water. Only negative is that Amazon advertised 2-day delivery when I ordered it, and it was delivered 3 days later...

Does what it says and easy to use. Used it to put in a soap dispenser for the kitchen sink. Built a small reservoir of water with plumbers putty and took my time. 5-10 mins max

Worth the price. Made easy work of drilling a deep hole in an expensive countertop, a DIY first time drilling in quartz no less.Solid. Highly recommend.

Drilling a hole in brick. Going slow, but high RPM. Normal use.The hole piece broke off inside the hole and jammed against the tool and bent the shaft on the bit.Not good quality construction. Be careful and use lower RPM on this bit if you are going to buy.Expensive for what you get.

This is a high quality hole saw. The diamonds seem to be fused to the metal very good. I have not seen any of them coming off. Cores fall right out and do not get stuck inside like some hole saws I have used in the past. So far, we have cut ten holes in ceramic pots with this one saw. It still almost looks new. The trick in using these is to first tilt the saw to scratch the glaze on one side. This is to prevent the saw from walking all over the pot. I keep the saw cool by submerging it in water and then use a battery operated drill. This keeps the bit cooler and will maximize its life. I highly recommend this hole saw and would buy it again.
