This slicer exceeded my expectations for the price it was listed at when I ordered it--$99. It works fantastic and has slice-width adjustment down to very thin which is awesome for both cooked meats for sandwiches and getting super thin slices for shabu shabbu style meat for ramen.

Works as you'd expect. Not heavy duty or for industrial use, but great for home slicing needs. Adjustable thickness and two blades (straight and serrated). No problems so far.

I got this electric meat slicer primarily for slicing ham, cheese, and even bread, and I have to say—it does a fantastic job. One of its standout features is the adjustable thickness control, which allows me to get thin, deli-style slices or thicker cuts depending on what I need.If you're looking for a reliable and efficient slicer with precise thickness control, this is a solid choice. Just keep in mind that it’s not the most compact appliance, so be sure you have enough storage space. I usually keep mine in an outside closet and bring it out when needed.Overall, great performance—just a bit bulky!

This arrived with the slicer, two blades (serrated already attached), a push tool, and tiny manual. Removing the blade was fairly easy. I'm not a fan of the thick material they put on the back of the blade...very gunky. After washing everything, I tried slicing up a ham I have. The motor is not very strong and my first thought was that it wouldn't cut anything at all because it seemed so weak. I then cut the ham and it cut fairly easily. The cutting was rather inconsistent because the panels flex a bit, but the wheel to increase or decrease the cutting thickness was easy to use. Juice from the ham dribbled everywhere because there's nothing to catch the juice. It just goes wherever and comes out the bottom and back. As for the cuttings, there's no easy spot where it piles up. It just sort of falls out of the back, which is not very tidy. It works even if it seems weak. I'm not getting a strong durability feel when I use it though.

It took about 6 weeks, but the slicer finally arrived and I got a chance to use it almost right away slicing up some Salami.I'll start with the negatives:Overall, it cut the meat into relatively similar sized slices. The back plate that the meat slides along can flex, so if you push too hard (or too inconsistently) you'll get varying sizing. The slider uses a plastic wheel for some reason, and I anticipate that plastic bit to fail quickly.The slide is a touch too low, so you get little meat flags every so often as it didn't cut all the way through some slices.On the back side, there's no easy way to catch the slices, as there isn't enough space. The best way was to put a plate near the back and hope it all fell onto the plate.The blade comes off easily utilizing a coin and twist. The blade has a plastic ring that fits into the motor, which risks wearing out/cracking over time.With all the negatives out of the way, ultimately I'm being super nit picky and I'm very happy with the slicer. The blade was plenty sharp to cut the meats, and it doesn't spin super fast so it's not too scary to use. Just be smart and keep your fingers away from the blade.

A simple electric meat slicer;No assembly required, just unpack and use;Easy to use, adjust the thickness of the meat slices to be cut, and turn on the switch;Easy to clean;A spare saw blade is included;Disadvantages: There is only one speed, and the meat cutting speed is very slow;When the force is high, the baffle will deform, so that the thickness of the meat will be changed;The place where the meat slices fall is very close to the knob for adjusting the thickness of the meat slices;

It took a while to receive, but it was worth it. It is better than I had anticipated, it had the serrated blade installed, but it was easy to change it to the smooth blade which I will use for most applications. There was one odd thing about the surface of the blade, it had a “coating” that was not oil based and dish detergent wouldn’t touch it. Washed it in very hot water and soaped up several times and the “film” was still there. Finally, I used some alcohol on a paper towel and it finally got it off, I think it might have been silicon based to protect the blade. Changing the blade was very easy to do, just remember the retaining screw is a reverse thread (turn clockwise, to the right) with a flat wide screwdriver of a coin (that they recommend).I used a chunk on top round roast beef I had saved in the freezer, defrosted in the refrigerator and just before slicing, I took it out of the vacuum bag, dried it off with paper towels and put it on a plate and into the freezer for 35 minutes to firm it up. Started the slicer, adjusted the thickness dial to very thin and cut off a few slices and was very pleased how well it worked. Adjusted to slice a little thinner since our top round roast was a little tough, but delicious and it shaved the beef to a perfect thickness to use for roast beef sandwiches. Sliced the rest of the roast and made a tall stack of perfectly sliced roast beef that would rival a sandwich shop.Next obvious step is to clean everything up and put away I took the blade off and carefully washed it in the sink with soapy hot water, rinsed and hand dried. I have had two meat slicers before and can compare this one with confidence. The blade was easy to handle and wasn’t so sharp that I was worried about cutting myself as I had with some other blade from other slicers, yet it sliced so much better than the other slicers. Each slice had a consistent thickness, the other units I had wouldn’t do that and they were “Brand Name” slicers. Followed instructions for cleaning, it was fairly easy to do, but a thorough cleaning does take some time to make it totally clean. Just to be extra careful, I wiped everything down with a alcohol dampened paper towel and dried it. As I got ready to put it away, I turned it over on its’ side and gently wrapped the cord around the suction cup feet and that worked great, just an idea. I am very pleased with this slicer and can confidently recommend it as a well-made, quality product at a reasonable price. Techwood also has 9 inch, 200 watt slicer for a little more and several other product lines worth looking into.
