The slide that adjusts the thickness of the cut broke, reached out to customer service for this product since it was under warranty and they never got back to me. Was too late to return via Amazon.

I do some grilling and smoking and recently bought 20lbs of Tri tip. Never had a meat slicer before. This worked great. It’s so much fun I was asking , “why else cans I cut?”. Easy to set up and fairly straightforward to use. For the price I’m so happy I bought it.Tip: if you want to clean it thoroughly, there is a Phillips screw on the end of the slicer tray you can take out and slide it off for cleaning.

Blade spins on the slower side, and it doesn’t cut as thin as I would like. I wanted to use this to slice deli and Italian beefs, it won’t work for that.
