Las uso para hacer ejercicio en casa cuando tengo que arrodillarme y me encantan porque cubren toda la rodilla y no son incómodas de usar.

I purchased these for a pole fitness class to protect my knees and the material on the inside skins my knees slightly each wear. They work as far as making drops and floor moves less painful, but I get an unwanted exfoliation. If you are getting these for anything’s else where you just want low profile protection, they’d be great. I think the sweating and grinding is not a good mix for the material for my particular use. I switch between these since they are low profile and a thicker Franklin pair that aren’t as pretty, but do not cause me any issues.

I've been playing volleyball now for 2 years and only done a low level rec league. We bumped up to a higher league so I knew I needed to make the purchase of some knee pads. I tried to find the kind I used to use (softball knee pads) back in the day in high school but to no avail. I tried all kinds of brands that insisted they were 2x or XL (since I have bigger legs), even Wilson and Nike without luck. I like the thinner style knee pad so it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a turtle shell on my knees and the material is soft on the inside so you don't have any issues with knee pad burn. I wore them for our first game in the upper level last night and they were wonderful. They actually fit my larger legs without any issues or circulation being cut off, stayed up the entire time even wearing them over slick workout capris, and were cushy enough to protect my knees. FINALLY a pair that works perfectly, which means I'm sure they'll get discontinued at some point so I'll be stocking up on these.

I'm a stock clerk at a grocery store, and I was looking for something that could protect my knees but would also be discrete and appropriate for work. While these pads certainly aren't fancy or for construction or high impact situations, they do their job. They do get sweaty, but don't pich or slip, and they can be washed on the handwash cycle. They have about a quarter of an inch of foam padding and do move and flex with you. Mine have worn out after four months, but that's four months on my knees often throughout the day, four days a week, for nine hours. I'd say that's a pretty good $5 spent. I'm probably going to get something thicker and more protective though because while my knees don't hurt, they creak a lot now and I'm only 22. I would definitely recommend these, just not for daily or heavy use.

I ordered the large size and they are too tight for me. I am 6 ft tall, 215lbs and I measured my center of my knees to be 15 1/2". I think these would have worked out great for my purpose if they weren't too tight and restricting for me. I bought these to use stocking shelves at a grocery store. Having 215lbs on your knees stocking bottom shelves isn't comfortable.I've looked everywhere in stores and all the pads are too small for me. It's weird though because you would think people as big as me or bigger would need these just as much, if not more than skinny people. Can anyone recommend a big feller like me some big kneepads that would fit me and go under my jeans? McDavid, please make an XL one, I'll buy it.Edit: My dad wore these to work and his knee cap measures around 18". (Since he has a condition with his legs, he wears long compression socks, and he must not have noticed how tight they were). So I tried them back on and they fit. I guess they just needed to be stretched out.I've been wearing these to work and they help out a lot. They are still tight but wearable but do get hot. I also do get some red marks that I noticed when I take them off as did my Dad.10 Month Update:I'm still using these everyday I work which is around 3-5 days a week 5-7 hours a day.I wash them after everyday I work in cold water with dollar store brand woolite. They will stink after how long I use them for. In the winter you can get away with washing them every other day when you use them.I just noticed they make this in XL so like I said previously I am buying a new pair. These are cool because I can wear these under my jeans while working in a grocery store during the day. It would look weird wearing the ones you get at a home improvement store with a hard cap over your pants. However it would work better and avoid my issue. After using these so long and awhile the pad starts to break apart and away. So the pad is no longer whole, however it still protects my knees from the hard floor. I don't know if washing them often caused some or most of that.

I purchased these for pole fitness class where we do a lot of floor work and warm ups on our knees. These save my knees from hurting half way through class and make some of the tricks easier because I can move smoothly across the floor. I have not tried to invert with these but they do not interfere with spins or basic leg hooks. I purchased a large and they are a bit too snug above the knee as I have larger legs. It would be nice if an xl was offered. They do slip a bit during class and I have to adjust them every once in a while but not so often that they are annoying. They are hot and make my knees sweat but again not too much so as to be uncomfortable or annoying. I have only washed them once so cannot comment on how they hold up to regular washings. They bend easily and were not to stiff or thin, to me they have just the right amount of padding. I have worn them for 2-3 hours at a time 3-4 times a week for two months now and have not noticed any deterioration in quality. I would recommend these because they are affordable and have held up longer than expected and have shown no sign of needing to be replaced.
