My girlfriend had this to say: I know these knee pads are designed as activewear - and I have no doubt they will work well for that purpose. However I wanted to have them for chores where I need to get on my knees - scrubbing the tub or the floor. I have bony knees and it is always a bit painful to rest on them. The kneepads provide immediate relief. They feel very comfortable on - and they are very easy to slide on and off. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

YICYC Volleyball Knee Pads for Dancer;Going to use these at work on truck days because I must often kneel on concrete. Yes, these fit my adult knees just fine against skin under clothing. So far they have not fallen down or shifted. I hope these work out because they seem perfect for knee protection that is not bulky or ugly.What I like the best about these pads is there is no latex or silicone grippys on them to keep them in place, so I know I won’t get a skin irritation.

At first I was worried that it would be hard to wear them all the time, and in fact, if I'm working my legs, a lot of the time I don't even use a yoga mat.
