I'm older now after years of dancing i have a sensitive knee..Soooo i tried these with workouts like wall pilates and these omg are truly a life saver!!If I'd known about these i would had tried them year's agoBc 13 year's of dancing and floor work killed my kneesWith these they'll have you feeling like a brand knew person 😉They don't slide down after putting them onThey work very well

got these because im in winter guard and they wore down pretty much two weeks after i got them.theyre comfortable and flexible and the padding was thick and nice while it lasted, but i would look for something else if you want a long term knee pad. they did tend to slide down a bit. good fie the price but didnt work for my sport.

Used these based off of a friends referral. The sizing was perfect. Although it says men’s, Fitting size. Originally bought these for performance for the “nude look”. Color worked great, Unfortunately, on a stage, they did easily get dirty. No one needing to practice for over four hours.. Didn’t recommend these for dancing. An hour possibly, but not heavy duty.

I love these but had to return L for M. I'm 180 and 5'5.... the Large felt loose and curled on my knees while roller skating. I'll update review when I receive size M. Mainly, these are well made and I recommend them.

These are so comfy! I'm and adult, 5'6", roughly 125lbs and the large fits just right. The padding is a bit more firm than I was expecting which is a good thing and it has excellent coverage. I bought them because I work at a haunted hayride. I love that I didn't have to pull them up after every trailer. They felt good to crawl around on 👌

These worked and fit perfectly for my 12 year old daughter who is in a dance company. She dances 20+ hours a week and her knees go through it! These have been a life saver for her during contemporary class with all the floor work. We are very happy with this purchase.
