I’ve got a muscular frame and purchased a larger size to accommodate my legs. The pads on these knee pads, are MASSIVE. These are FULL FULL coverage knee pads. I honestly haven’t worn them once and should’ve returned them but I missed the return policy.I much prefer the volleyball nike knee pads I also own and use (I bought this pair as I wanted a nude pair).

They get the job done, but they're not the prettiest knee pads. It's too bad there are so many seems. I use them for dance, so they're not great aesthetically, but they save my knees from total bruising.

The circumference of my knee area was 14inches and I bought a size large. Very comfortable..purchased for pole dance class so will update more later. But very fast shipping.

I love these! The best kneepad that protects the most but is still flattering on the body. Not too big and bulky, soft, the hole in the back of the knee is perfect for long wear as without, the fabric folds into the skin causing irritation.I'm a dancer and I need a wide amount of protection for floor work these give me the most cover although sometimes I still bruise around the edges.I only wish you did this style in nude!
