I used these while making wooden outdoor furniture and steel framed work tables. They work great and are very rigid. They’re a bit heavy but you have to give up a little for the other benefits.

pictures are maxpower and maxpower thick rail. I cannot even begin to convey how much more substantial and hardcore the thick rail is. don’t get me wrong, I was pretty happy when the normal maxpower showed up. solid build quality and all the moving parts (clamp arm and screw) have a nice feel but when the thick frames showed up, my mind was blown.the closest comparison clamping power wise is strong hand UM/UP series or wilton’s heavy duty. only difference is those models typically have a heavy duty clamping pad and these do not.Regardless, these are seriously chunky clamps that even when pushed towards what would be any other normal clamps limit, don’t seem to be bothered in the slightest.I imagine it could easily even be overkill for some. you won’t regret purchasing either

I purchased the heavy duty clamp and this thing is a beast. Very solid, you can feel it in the weight. It clamps hard, best clamp I own!

Like with most F-style clamps they're fairly expensive with two clamps going for about fifty bucks, but these ones I have no complaints with. They are used and abused almost every day, and now covered in spatter. They're easy enough to clean however, and though the coating comes off fairly quickly it does keep them clean for a few weeks.

These clamps are bigger and heavier than I expected. I plan one using them for woodworking to clamp parts to my workbench top. It looks like they will put out more pressure then I’ll ever need.

I needed 10.5" opening or wider and these get that and more. Also, reasonable price compared to C-clamps of this size. Hard to find all steel clamps that are not C-clamps.
