They fit well, but they seem to be more like vinyl and less like rubber, because they are not flexible enough like the stock one was. It haveway when something rested on it. These will just stay closed unless it is something heavy or you manually push it down. I went ahead and kept them and just trimmed the center out. Don't have it in front of mebut I think I made the hole maybe the size of a quarter, and now most everything falls down fine.

We lived with a grungy disposal baffle for too long! With a three-pack, we will change it every year or two. We own a top-of-the-line disposal and installation was simple with a perfect fit. Thanks, Maxdot!

I love the price! Who wants to buy them start with! But very pleased as mine kept popping out and got these to replace with. I haven’t needed other 2 but nice to know if so have them. Made well and better than one my garbage disposal originally came with years back. Has tight hold but same time didn’t need to cut circle as food goes down well. Would buy again if need.

These are a perfect replacement for a 3 1/8 inch disposal splash guard. My old one, after several years, seemed to shrink and not fit anymore. I measured my drain diameter at 3 1/8 inch, and bought these. They fit perfectly, nice and snug so they don't pop out when running the disposal with lots of water backed up. Plus, buying in a 3 pack like this is a great deal for when the rubber wears out again after several more years. Highly recommended, but be sure to measure your drain diameter and buy the right size.

This was a perfect replacement for my old Waste King garbage disposal splash guard. The old splash guard became dull, hard, inflexible, and slightly shunken (about 1-2mm) with time as the rubber plastiziers evaporated. As such, it became prone to being pushed into the disposal and chewed up: see photos (old v. new).These new splash guards are a perfect fit - nice and snug and very flexible. So far, so good, and the price cannot be beat. They appear comparable in design and quality to the $10 ones you might get at a Big Box store at one-third the price or, at 3x the lifetime since you can just replace them as you use them up. The other two can stay in the included zip-lock bag to help maintain their life. Strongly recommended.

Excellent quality and economical price. Fits a little tight, but definitely fits. I may need to use long nose pliers or another tool to remove it when it comes time to replace it with another one. I'm not concerned about removing it, but noting that it fits tight. The design and workmanship are first class - definitely robust design. I'm certainly glad I bought this one versus buying one or two at a higher unit price. They stack neatly on top of each other for shipping and storage under your sink. There were no reviews at the time I purchased this product, so it was somewhat of a minor risk not knowing what other people thought of it. I'm currently ranked #185 on Amazon, so you can trust my review. It may fit a little differently on other brands of garbage disposal units, but they are fairly standardized these days. However, be sure to carefully measure your old splash guard and compare it to this one's size. There are definitely differently sized garbage disposal units on the market..

A little lighter weight and more flexible rubber than our other guard - but they fit well and do the job. At this price and with multiple guards in one package, I can replace the guard more often and avoid having to try and clean it when it gets too yuky...
