So far this bed has been great. I have back issues and acid reflux and both are helped with this adjustable bed frame. It has lots of settings, including zero gravity. The only issue so far is the USB plug started draining my tablet instead of charging it. I haven't looked at what the problem could be. I just don't use that feature.Its very quiet to use, was a snap to put up, plus, you can't beat the value compared to what else is out there. I definitely recommend it. Time will tell with more use. I'll do an update if anything changes.

This adjustable bed frame is just what I needed for my sleep apnea I did a lot of research and I found that this one even though it cost less than just about all the others is extremely strong and very well made. It was very easy to put together and the legs are adjustable which I also needed as my mattress is very thick so I needed to lower it because on my other bed frame was way too high. This bed frame Works flawlessly it only took me 5 minutes to put it together it came in perfect condition also I noticed others have been saying that for an Excel it is a little narrow however this is a situation with all bed frames that are Excel they usually don't fit the mattress 100% however there is a very little overhang and people should not be worried about that my final note is that this bed frame was one of the best purchases I made so far this year well worth the money I spent on it

Excellent Bed Frame! I originally bought the queen size with massage and app., but returned it because I really needed/wanted a split king and the app did not work properly (I set an alarm for 5:00AM and it woke me up at 2:00AM). Company was great about the return.The split king is solid, was easy to set up and works great. Only recommendation is to purchase an extra remote or two for future use (It will not work without a remote, and I think it will be hard to purchase one in a few years). It took over a month to get the extra remotes (I ordered two), but the price was reasonable.Overall it is a good value and very comfortable.

Full-size base came earlier than expected. Easy to set up. I just put my gel foam 10" thick mattress on top, and VOILA! Very smooth and quiet operation with remote control. Features underbed light, flashlight on remote with 2 programable settings, 3 different bed heights, fits inside my original bed frame, massage with 3 intensities and 3 timers. This bed base has sturdy build quality, USB-A & C ports, one on each side, and pockets on each side to store remotes, etc. I couldn't have asked for anything better, honestly. So glad I made the move and got this. After researching other bases, this was by far the best price for all its features. Even Sam's Club couldn't compare. You will be happy. This review is based on having a 10" thick mattress, which is perfect for bending and adjusting. Anything thicker, I don't know about.

I was able to set this up bymself but most people will probably want 2 people to do it (twin XL in my case). I used it in a bit of a modified scenario, as I had an existing basic/wood bedframe with slats which I recently bought as it matches my furniture.So, as per another reviewer, I removed the wooden slats before installing this onto a pre-existing bed frame. I did not install the legs whatsoever, I placed it flat onto the bed frame, basically plugged it in, and put the matrress on and it was done. The hardest part was moving/carrying the frame and mattress into position.After hooking it up, it functions very nicely, it's not loud and it lifts properly based on the remote control input. As other's have mentioned, I'm glad I purchased this quality product as it was 1/3 the price and the same functionality as if I had bought it from the mattress company as an add-on.Amazon also did a great job shipping it and it arrived multiple days sooner than expected.

First, it is a bit heavy, but that's to be expected. Although it's possible for some to set up alone, it would be better to get help. Otherwise, as shown in their video, the setup is quick and easy.The base is sturdy and feels very stable, keeps the mattress from sliding, providing a nice fit. The motor is pretty quiet and moves the bed easily. I'm 6ft 2 and 300 lbs. and it seems to work great. Also, the adjustable legs are a really nice feature. Being able to extend this to the maximum height is perfect for me.This thing does everything mentioned in the description and does it well. The features like the pouches, USB ports and the light are a nice, very convenient, bonus. Thanks to the lights around the USB ports, they're nice and easy to find in the dark. Others mentioned that they are a little too bright, but they don't seem to be on this one. The light under the bed is just right to help find items you may have dropped or to grab something stored beneath the bed. One thing I noticed with the USB ports was, if you use a cable longer than 3 feet, you won't get enough power to charge your phone.I feel like this was everything I could want and more with an adjustable base and at an affordable price! It's helped improve sleep quality and really can compete with the bigger brand names that would charge twice the price and have less features. I would definitely recommended this to others!
