Easy to install and works as described. Turns any mattress into an adjustable bed and the massage feature is an added bonus. Quiet operation and great customer service.

I almost spent much much more on a Tempur-pedic adjustable bedframe, which would’ve required me to get rid of my bed and use one of theirs. With this, I can keep my bed and it works wonderfully. It has a single button zero gravity setting, one-button to flat, and one button for the snore setting, all in addition to three other customizable presets. I wasn’t going to pay extra for the massage feature but it was included and is wonderful. It was very easy to unpack and install- definitely takes two to lift though. Very happy with this purchase.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience with the BedJet Powerlayer adjustable bed. I have a custom made frame to support a MCM Brasilia Headboard and thought I would never be able to find an adjustable bed that would work with my custom frame. Not only is the Bedjet the incredibly slim from a height perspective, the dimensions of the base are slightly smaller than a standard King Size Mattress which allowed it to sit within my very tight bed frame. Meanwhile, the zero clearance allowed it to sit directly on the the slats on my bed.Overall, the PowerLayer is smooth, quiet, and very sturdy. However, the best part is that you don't even know it's there since it can sit so perfectly inside of basically any bed frame.

I guess I underestimated how heavy 113 lbs is. I can't believe each Twin XL is so heavy. It definitely takes two strong adults to get the bedframe moved into place. You've been warned. The bed is very sturdy though. And the massage motors are very strong. Could be good or bad depending on what you like and the mattress type/thickness. For comparison, on my previous bed (Sleep Science brand) the bed's strongest massage setting maxed out at an equivalent strengh to the weakest massage setting on this BedJet bed! The tradeoff is that the BedJet massage settings can get fairly "loud". Loud isn't really the right word, but it has a more perceptable sound, very deep rumble, on the higher settings. I have sensitive ears and don't need the strong massage setting, so I'll just use the lowest setting. Overall I think it's a great and very comfortable bed. I love that you can store things under the BedJet bed, unlike other adjustable beds where the pistons need clearance under the bed to function safely. We got the king size BedJet bed with legs which arrived in 3 boxes total. Two twin XL adjustable frames in 2 separate boxes (included in those boxes were the mattress brackets for the bottom of each twin and the remote and power cords). In the third shipping box were 2 sets of bed legs, a box that had the 4 massage motors (2 for each twin) and an extra foot bracket if the bed is made into a conjoined king instead of split king. I believe that bracket is only included if you order the regular king. So with this king set, it's possible to set up as 2 separate extra long twin beds, a king bed, or a split kid bed. Depending on which parts are used. Setup was ok. Make sure you do the motors before you setup the bed. Watch their videos to see how, since it's not super straightforward. The hardest part of all was getting the protective caps off the legs. I used groove joint pliers to hold onto the plastic covering while screwing it off of the connector screw on the legs. Not sure what you're supposed to do to get them off.The legs are nice and sturdy and nothing on the bed makes any kind of creaking or movement sounds. My pictures show the bed with a 10 in memory foam mattresses that we purchased elsewhere. I'm happy with the height combo, but recognize others might like different height beds, especially considering some use a foam topper on top of their mattress.

Two Power Frames are perfect for our custom-built German style platform bed with Extra long twin matresses. They do everything we need and our pure latex mattresses move perfectly. Did not have to sacrifice the under-bed storage or buy new linens. Added 1.75 inches in height. Still accessible for me at 5' 1".Controls are not overly complicated, and it doesn't need the Internet to operate. We did a lot of shopping and decided to start with The Power Frame at ~$2K. Returnable if we didn't like it, but they are staying for sure. From Amazon, the massage units were included. We are so happy. It has a memory button on the remote control that lets you program your sleeping position but return to flat to get in and out easier. I just wish we had bought two initially.

First off - this item is HEAVY! You WILL need two people to move the box and to help with setup.Second - Setup is very straightforward. The instructions are crystal clear.Third - Note that the massage motors are shipped separately from the base unit. DO NOT set up the base before you receive the motors. Once you have received everything, then proceed with the setup. And finally - This is a fantastic product. The quality engineering and product manufacturing is first rate. You can tell from the moment you receive the box.Do yourself a favor, read thru the setup instructions first, so you will understand the process. It is easy to follow; the challenge is because of the size and weight. That is why you need two people. This base is fantastic! Easy to use wireless remote control. There are pre-programmed settings and you can also save your custom ones. It even has USB ports on each side to charge your phone! And the best part, it can be used with any base and any mattress. It’s not inexpensive, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! Order one. You will love it!!
