Will update again once received and delivery to upstairs room complete and bed setup n working.2/15 — After hiring assistance to get the adjustable frame upstairs and assembled THE REMOTE DOESN’T WORK!! That’s allot of money and work for a bed that is just a bed!!!!!

I bought this Nectar full size mattress with adjustable frame shortly after my breast cancer diagnosis this past fall (2023). I had my old for much longer than I care to mention, which left me with terrible back pain. I am very impressed with the whole setup (mattress and frame).The mattress with frame is very comfortable and I love being able to adjust the bed for my upper body as prescribed by my doctors after my lumpectomy as well as my arthritic legs which I have problems with from time to time.The massage options are helpful when I need it as well. I've only needed it twice in 9 months and it was nice. I didn't get headboard as I kept my old one which matches my furniture. It works just fine.I'm very happy with the Nectar mattress and adjustable frame. Although I have the option to return if needed within a full year, I don't even have to think about it. I'm keeping it.

This is our 3rd adjustable bed purchase, since bought first mattress back in 2020.Love Nectar Premiere Mattress better with its Premiere adjustable bed

Nothing special obviously doesn’t make your night magical , just buy a cheap bed you’ll get the same results

I actually really like the frame. I've had some great nights of sleep on it.The problem I have is that the remote 'disconnected' in the middle of the night and the app couldn't connect either. I was able to solve the issue, at least temporarily, by unplugging the frame and replugging it (fun at 2 in the morning).I contacted support. First of all they told me I should have ordered directly from them and NEVER from Amazon. I don't regret ordering from Amazon--it was $50 cheaper and much faster delivery.The reason for that is because they couldn't tell me who to contact for support. Nectar does not manufacture the frames, nor do they provide any technical support for them. They needed to know my specific frame reference so they could point me to the manufacturer itself for support. Instead, they just routed me back to Amazon and cut the chat.Great product--I'm still questionable about the remote. But the support and customer service was absolutely abysmal.
