This is a great, heavy duty, high quality stainless steel rack. Excellent for supporting two small chickens, one 8 lb boston butt, or one very large chicken on a half baking sheet. The rack does not fill up the half baking sheet/tray. It cleans up easily after 16 hours in the smoker with a little soaking in warm soapy water. I only wish Made In made one that fills a half baking sheet so I can use it for a full rack of ribs.
