Very sturdy roasting pan. Easy to clean, and the pan is good thickness to hold heat. The knife set is ok, but that's an extra, and the pan is really good quality.

So it came down to the All Clad Oval Covered Roaster and the Viking 3 Ply Roasting Pan. It was a difficult decision. Both met all my parameters, the most important being a thick, substantial pan Without a non stick surface. I want things to burn on them so that becomes part of the roux or sauce, which vastly improves the flavor. Something non stick pans cannot attain in my estimation. The All Clads' cover was appealing, but the more limited space led me to purchase the Viking, lots of real estate for any number of items. The added bonus of a chefs fork and knife which are very good also helped seal the deal. The handles on the Viking are excellent. You cannot go wrong with this roasting pan, and I am looking forward to Thanksgiving turkey coming out from this beautiful piece of cookware. Bon appetit.

Cooks food evenly resulting in quicker cook times. Easy to clean, I use a scotch pad. The finish had held up great.

Great roasting pan ! A little bit pricey but it worked very well. Well made and clean up fairly easily. It took some time to clean as it has a mirror finish. I would recommend this roasting pan !

Ordered twice and never got the carving set that was to be included. Pan looked beautiful but I returned both since I paid for but did not get the carving set. Product description erroneous. Disappointing.

Very good quality product! I roasted a chicken and when done I was able to easily take out the rack with the meat and let it rest. In the meantime the roasting pan had lots of tasty drippings that could be made into gravy on the stove top. Worked like a charm and nothing was burnt.......all cooked evenly. It is exactly what I wanted!

Update- I’ve had it for almost 2 years and have used it at least 20 times. Still a great pan!Very nice! Solid well made roasting pan, much nicer in person than I even expected. It has a nice weight and solid rivets. I was very surprised with the carving set that came with this. Great quality and value for the cost.
