My Motorcycle sidestand bolt kept loosening after being tightened numerous times was afraid my cast aluminum crank case was gonna snap or fatigue soon so I used this stainless steel insert to alleviate the problem. Still working, stayed tight and not worried. (Months later) Worried, loosens every so often, even with loctite(red). I crank on it it tightens very tight but I guess the nature of kickstand design.. it's just too much force for it to stay tight. Well, better than my bike falling or kick stand breaking off. Just gotta check it every so often.
