These Bermuda shorts are actually really nice! They fit well, are sewn well, and feel super comfortable. The stretchy denim makes them easy to move in, and they have a flattering high-waisted design. I love that Bermudas are making a comeback. I lived in these for years. This version is sadly not very flattering. The fabric is very thin and stretchy and doesn’t make for a very supportive look. They fit pretty much as expected (true to size) but I wish they were a little longer and not quite as tight through the leg. It’s not warm enough to wear these yet, so I haven’t washed them, but I worry the black I chose will fade. It’s not a real denim, more like a brushed cotton. These shorts fall into the “better in theory” category. They look better in my mind than they do on my body.

I'm short so they're long on me, haven't decided if I'm going to alter them yet or not. The blue colors are 71.5% cotton which I like and they have just enough stretch to be comfortable. I got them in the med blue color. To me these will be a cool weather short, the polyester in these will make them hot and they'll stick to you when you sweat. I like the patch pockets, they're cute and a diff look. But for hot weather I prefer a lighter weight material shorts. I don't know if this is some kind of weird trend happening that I am unaware of but all the clothing I am buying on Amazon lately has been so ridiculously unflattering and at least 3 times too big. These shorts are no exception. I ordered a size small and, well my photos speak for themselves. They are so dumb looking on and I would feel weird wearing these outside my home. The material is fine but that doesn't matter when the item looks nothing like you were expecting. Even the color is washed out, in the product images it looks crisp black but what I received looks like it was sitting in the sun for a year and has faded to a dark grey. Like seriously, you could fit 4 or 5 legs into these things, it's crazy! I know I have a small frame but I would expect a size small to fit better than this baggy mess. We're not in the 90s anymore, this kind of baggy just looks plain stupid! Honestly, this is so embarrassing for the brand. No one is going to look at these and ask you where you bought them because they want to buy a pair for themselves. This level of misrepresentation is just gross.

Love these shorts! They have some nice stretch to them, but not clingy, and the fit is flattering. They are Bermuda length, which I prefer. The pockets are small but there are 2 front and 2 back—all are patch pockets, which seems a little odd in the front. The high waisted style is perfect for anyone, but especially us older women. They are machine washable. The stitching seems very secure with no ragged edges. I am very pleased with these shorts.

The short is long but still above the knee, like it is supposed to be for being a bermuda style short. The front looks like the back in how the pockets are with a square design but it is still okay and is a nice looking short with a nice cotton feel.

I'm very happy with these shorts. I am 5'0" tall and normally wear a 20, so I ordered these black shorts in a 2X size. They fit well. They hit in about the middle of my knees. I'm particularly happy that the hem isn't the usual 1/2" which typically roll up when washed and when worn. This hem is about 2" wide. I noticed that according to the description, the fabric content is different depending on the color you choose. Black is 98% cotton and 2% elastane and these feel nice and have a bit of stretch. The only thing I don't like is the pockets on the front. They are exactly as advertised, so I'm not removing a star, but my phone is about 1 inch longer than the depth of the pocket. I don't feel confident in the security of my phone when it sticks out of the pocket that much.
