Gets loose and wrinkly sooooo fast but quality is so good they will last me forever. Too much material in crotch area and a little flare at the bottom!I love wearing them at the lake or river!

If you know your actual waist size these are lovely looking shorts! I guessed by looking at the chart and that worked out well. I don’t know why these shorts had so many terrible reviews? I love them. Not too short and they are flattering. Definitely mid rise in my opinion. Good quality jean shorts, you can measure your waist with a sewing, tape measure or go with the size chart. I’m happy with them, fast shipping too.

I loved wearing these shorts out! The perfect amount of room in the thighs to not suffocate. Very high waisted too which I love. If you are in between sizes I would recommend sizing up to ensure to get a more room in your thighs.

I was influenced to buy these by someone I follow. I wanted them because she said they were loose on the leg and most of my denim shorts were tight through the thigh, which I don't love. These are loose around the thigh, but they are very short. I'm 38 years old, size 26 and I just don't know how comfortable I'll feel wearing these at my kids events with other parents there. I will probably stick to wearing these on vacation because of how short they are. I love the color and raw hem, just wish they were a little longer.

I’ve been eyeing these shorts, and I finally decided to bite the bullet. I have a rather exaggerated hourglass figure, with a very small waist and very large behind and legs. I am usually a size 14/16 in pants, so I ordered the 36 (18) in these shorts. I love them. These are the perfect length. There is room around my thighs and the behind is perfect. There is lots of room in my waist, but this happens with every pair I own. I would get these in many colours. I can’t wait to wear these.

THESE ARE FOR THE LONG TORSO GIRLS.I love a high rise short, but usually when it says it’s high rise, on my long torso, it’s mid-rise at best - but these are actually high rise and very flattering. They’re fairly short but not egregiously so. I’d say they fit true to size, keeping in mind the rise. Levi’s always make the bum look good and these are no exception. I’m buying more of these!

I am usually a 23, sometimes a 24 in Levi's, depending on the style so was worried a 24 would be way too large, since the reviews all say they fit large... but they fit perfectly! really great for girls with hips and a smaller waist, not made boxy like the ribcage style. but they still have the vintage boxy look... they are perfect!

I'm a big fan of shorts that don't fit the body too closely, and the shape of these are great for a more relaxed look. I sized up 2 or 3 sized with the intention of taking the waist in for a baggier look, but I think these would still be comfortable in the size you would usually wear

I had sworn off jean shorts - haven’t bought a pair in years - but I was willing to try for The Eras Tour. After several exchanges and returns, I have the BEST PAIR OF JEAN SHORTS I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. I have NEVER loved a pair of jean shorts until now.I’m very much pear-shaped: wide hips, thick thighs, not much of a waist and small boobs. I weigh just over 200lbs and I’m 5’1”. These shorts not only fit over my hips, they sit on my waist beautifully (small waist gap that disappears when I tuck in a shirt or add a belt), and don’t cut into my thighs at all! I’ll put it this way: I feel comfortable sitting down in these shorts and don’t feel self-conscious. The fit on my butt is a little different than I’m used to, but it still looks nice and round.The shorts are worth EVERY PENNY. I’ve ordered them in two washes and plan to order more. I found the size chart to be a little funky, but as someone who loves the American Eagle Mom Jeans, I simply went up two waist “inches” and one traditional size for these shorts to get the perfect fit.If you don’t think jean shorts are for you, these jeans shorts just might be for you.
