Does exactly what it is supposed to do! Always keep one going for my pond and never have green water. Fish seem to stay healthier, too since this kills some bad bacteria in the water. Works as well as the name Brand but costs less.

I have purchased 2 of these bulbs, the 1st one lasted 5 months the 2nd one has lasted only 2 months before burning out! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

This is a good replacement for Ultra ultraviolet bulb. Buy with confidence because it works. I use it for my Savio skimmer.
