Had two of these headsets, both died right before the warranty expired and right after. The sound is great, the ear fit was painful after 1-2 hours of gameplay. First headset the flimsy On/Off toggle switch stopped working, the second headset one of the ears stopped working. Luckily I got my money back in both cases, and put it towards a proper headset.Do yourself a favor and get the Steelseries Arctis 7 or some other headset, avoid this one.

No sé si sea por que definitivamente así es el equipo de origen (igual tengo mis dudas) pero NO VUELVO A COMETER EL ERROR DE COMPRAR ALGO DE SEGUNDA MANO O RECONSTRUIDO, NO LO DEVOLVERÉ POR QUE ES PERDER TIEMPO QUE NO TENGO, el sonido se deja de escuchar del lado izquierdo, tengo que pegarles ligeramente para que se escuchen como debe de ser, la batería no dura el tiempo indicado, el cable para cargarlos llegó dañado afortunadamente tenía uno de repuesto que había comprado hace tiempo de entrada compatible, o la gente de amazon no esta haciendo su trabajo POR QUE LO MÁS SEGURO ES QUE SOLO CHECARON QUE ENSENDIERAN PERO NO REVISARON EL COMPORTAMIENTO DEL AUDIO O LOGITECH SACO UN PRODUCTO MUY MEDIOCRE, sea como sea después de darle la típica solución (unos golpes ligeros cada cierto tiempo) para que el audio trabaje, este es muy bueno, te envuelve en lo que estas trabajando, por lo que esperaré a que mi situación mejore y me pueda comprar el mismo modelo o uno mejor PERO NUEVO, NO VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR NUNCA NADA DE SEGUNDA MANO

I've tried to stick with Logitech for the past few years but headphone after headphone ended up breaking right above the earpiece on the headband. They were adult owned and never abused but the quality of materials used is CHEAP! Also, the warranty seems like a scam because Logitech, after a LOT of emails and multiple departments, will ultimately offer you a refund for the purchase price to be used on their website. However, the website prices are higher then retail price so you basically end up using your refund plus cost you originally paid just to get an item that was same quality as the one you just fought to get a refund. In the end with their higher then retail website prices Logitech will essentially get the money they refunded back plus the cost of what it would have cost you for a new pair on Amazon or Best Buy. STAY AWAY!!! (Ended up buying a pair of Sennheiser before I realized the sound on the Logitech headsets are garbage as well)

I had purchased this item, had a feeling it may have gotten damaged during shipping which triggered a malfunction in the device. The right side earpiece had more powerful audio than the left side, audio would randomly drop in intervals, had to play music for the audio to be triggered to get louder. Called Logitech and went through their troubleshooting steps to get this problem solved, but it eventually went back to the original problem. Just returned this and got my money back, wasn’t worth my time or energy to try ad get this fixed properly.

Sin duda unos grandiosos audífonos que brindan todo lo que pediría una persona para los videojuegos!!Sonido envolvente 7.1 y tecnología 360° para ubicar cualquier cosa que se mueva a tu alrededor.Elegancia y libertad al ser inalámbricos que sin duda resaltan desde el primer momento.La batería con una duración de 6 a 8 horas máximo dependiendo el gusto de las luces que trae el equipo que sin duda se ven asombrosas al estar encendidas.Mas impresionante aún si tienes otros dispositivos Logitech, yo los uso junto con el mouse y es asombroso.

Ich kaufte zuerst das Turtle Beach Stealth 450, weil ich vor Jahren mal ein Headset von denen kaufte mit dem ich bis heute sehr zufrieden bin. Allerdings hat das 450 mich auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht und ging zurück. Mehr dazu in dessen Rezension.Dann entschied ich mich für das G933, weil mir Logitechs neue Modelpalette allgemein gefällt und ich in letzter Zeit einige ihrer Artikel in den Händen hatte, die allesamt überzeugten.Das G933 ist da keine Ausnahme:+ Es fühlt sich sehr wertig an. Das Quietschen beim Bewegen der Ohrmuscheln, was in älteren Test beschrieben wurde ist behoben.+ Man kann den Akku tauschen was ich als umweltfreundlicher ansehe als fest eingebaute. Solche Produkte sollte man immer bevorzugt kaufen um fest eingebaute nicht zu unterstützen.+ Das beigelegte 3 Meter Ladekabel wurde auch in älteren Tests als steifes unhandliches Gummikabel beschrieben. Auch hier hat Logitech dazugelernt. Es ist jetzt stoffummantelt und sehr biegsam.+ Mit den beigelegten Kabeln kann man das Headset an jedem Gerät nutzen. Mit einem Adapter kann man dann auch auf der Konsole Surround Sound genießen.+ Die Installation am PC geht schnell. Wenn man die Logitech Gaming Software schon auf dem PC hat ist es fast Plug & Play.+ Alle möglichen Einstellmöglichkeiten der Beleuchtung, der Tasten und des Sounds. Auch individuell für einzelne Programme.+ Es ist leicht und angenehm zu tragen, auch über Stunden hinweg.+ Der Dolby Surround ist hervorragend. Alles klingt sehr echt und detailreich. Geräusche lassen sich sehr präzise orten.+ Das Mikro ist eingeklappt bündig und unsichtbar. Anders als bei abnehmbaren kann man dieses wenigstens nicht verlieren. Die Aufnahmequalität ist gut genug für den Hausgebrauch. Es ist aber keine Studioqualität.+ Den 5-Minuten-inaktiv-Abschalttimer der oft bemängelt wurde kann man nun per Firmware verändern oder abschalten sofern man das möchte.Nicht gefallen hat mir:- Der DTS Surround hallt stark. Stimmen klingen stark blechern. Details gehen verloren. Alles klingt als sitze man in einer Blechdose. Dafür kann das Headset aber nichts. Das ist halt DTS. Da ich aber nur Dolby nutze ist das für mich aber kein Kritikpunkt.- Die Reichweite ist nicht super dolle. 10-15 Meter ohne etwas dazwischen sind, wie beschrieben sicher drin aber bei mir reicht auf 8 Meter schon eine Holztür dazwischen und die Verbindung reisst ab. Schlecht wenn man Musik im ganzen Haus haben wollte. Aber gut, das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.- Die Gaming Software stürzte nach der Installation des G933 einmal ab. Danach aber nie wieder.Über Akkulaufzeit kann ich nicht urteilen. Ich lade es nach jedem Benutzen. Leer war es noch nie. Auch nicht nach 6 Stunden mit Beleuchtung an.Fazit:Da ich das Turtle Beach als Blitzangebot kaufte und das G933 zum regulären Preis, ist der Preisunterschied fast das doppelte. Die Mehrkosten ist mir das Logitech aber echt wert gewesen. Der Sound ist großartig und der Treiber und die Software funktionieren perfekt mit meinem Win10 64bit System. Noch dazu sind kleine "Mängel" die ältere Tests hervorhoben mitlerweile von Logitech behoben was ich auch in heutigen Zeiten lobenswert finde. Das G933 und Logitech leisten sehr gute Arbeit. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Yo fui propietario del modelo G930, auriculares que desde el principio me dieron problemas, (llegué a hacer 4 cambios hasta por fin devolverlos ya que producían constantes interferencias y desconexiones hasta el punto del ridículo).Por eso a la hora de volver a apostar por Logitech era un poco escéptico, la única razón por la que lo hiciera fue el excelentísimo servicio post venta de Amazon. de hecho hasta tenía ya elegidos por los que optaría si estos daban los problemas de sus antecesores. Para mi sorpresa nada mas alejado de la realidad, a nivel sonido los G933 son superiores y el diseño se ve mucho mas firme y duradero, el jack 3.5 es un gran acierto y con el cable que traen incluido los puedes conectar a cualquier dispositivo que tenga entrada de Jack 3.5, la batería aporta algo mas de duración que la de sus antecesores siempre que apagues la iluminación led, que se me antoja algo absurda ya que con los cascos puestos es invisible y hasta el momento 0 desconexiones o interferencias, por otra parte algo mas incómodos que los G930 y toma unos días que se aflojen y ya no traen el dock que traían los G930 para enchufar el receptor. Por lo demás tanto si tenías los G930, como si buscas una buena opción en cascos inalambricos compra sin miedo, no te arrepentirás.Pros: * Entrada jack 3.5 y respectivo cable * Hasta el momento 0 desconexiones o interferencias * Grata mejora en el sonido 7.1 en comparación al modelo G930 * Mejor estética, mucho mas firme y duradera * Leve mejora en la batería (siempre que no se use la iluminación)Contras: *La ausencia del dock para el receptor *Algo mas duros, los primeros días después de un par de horas pueden ser algo molestos. *El software de Logitech no detecta en ocasiones el nivel de carga de los auriculares, por lo que para ver que cantidad de carga llevan debes desconectarlos y volverlos a conectar.En Resumen: Las criticas de otros usuarios me hicieron dudar mucho en cuanto a la adquisición de estos auriculares, y aunque en su salida puedan haber tenido algún que otro problema, a la fecha están mas que solventados, compra sin miedo.
