Does not Suitable for the old Xbox one

This headset is got for working from home call center the sound quality, comfort, weight, and quality is over all amazing. Only down fall is the microphone is hard to move and the mute button doesn't work

PCに繋いでもデバイスが認識されませんでした（Windows）。ネットで色々調べて、サウンドの設定、サウンドドライバの更新など試行錯誤しましたが、マイクだけは何を試しても認識してくれませんでした。結局、持っていたBluetoothのイヤホンに切り替えました。疲れた…。マイクが認識されない以上、オンライン会議にも、ゲーム（ボイスチャット）にも使えません。デザインや装着感は気に入っていたので残念です。----追記：サポートの方から丁寧なご連絡をいただきました。接続を再三試みましたが、やはりマイクは使えませんでした。他のレビューを拝見すると普通に使えている方が多いようなので、こちら側の環境（PC）の問題かもしれません。※返金対応をしていただけることになりました。

I bought these headphones to be a cheap alternative to use while I charge my bluetooth ones. I was intentionally buying a product that would meet my bare minimum needs (audio and an ok microphone), and it most certainly did meet my minimum needs.If you are looking for comfort, I would not recommend these headphones. I find that my relatively small ears press up on the inside of the cups and that the cups do not close around my head. This means audio can leak in and out, making these headphones best used in a private space.I found the microphone to be an improvement upon a laptop's built-in, but that built-in mic was especially low quality. I just wanted friends on calls to be able to understand me and they could. The microphone will hear you even if it is very far from your face/angled vertically, based on my experiences in Discord voice calls. The mute button and audio volume wheels are convenient and work well.This is a cheap pair of headphones that works.

I've had headsets with a better quality sound for sure, but these are ok for what I am using them for. My husband doesn't hear me listening to things in bed when my desk is right next to bed. So they are perfect for me.
