Had this for a few years now and still working strong. Not the most comfortable if you have a bigger head like me so long sessions of use can get uncomfortable.Batteries are still lasting a long time each. The software is hit and miss. Got worse and then better after updates over the years but it is also not required for use.Has survived many drops on on the floor from 60cm.

Very cool design. No RGB or sharp angles. I've been using it for call of duty MW, IRacing, and I've also substituted them for my Sennheisers for studio/video work. They sound good, maybe not professional in the studio reference category, but really good. Call of Duty sounds amazing. And the wireless is a big deal. I had to have it. Very comfortable for long stretches- IN A WARM CLIMATE - I use them for things like watching movies and/or late night rocking, which exceeds my expectations.Mic works great, but haven't figured out how to up the level in my ears so I know its on. That being said, the red light is visible out of the corner of my eye even with the foam wind screen.Overall, I have to say the design is great, they have sophistication and quality... but it's all overshadowed by the RELIEF I have for finally finding a well built set of wireless headphones. Not cheap, but the quality is there. I gave it one more try, and it worked out.

The Arctis Pro wireless is a superb headset. Sound quality is likely better than any other wireless headset and exceeds that of many wired headsets. Microphone is clear and of high quality. The features on the wireless baystation are quite good. Being able to control chatmix quickly is a huge bonus. The construction is of high quality. Battery life is good. The inclusion of the secondary battery seemed gimmicky at first but it's a huge convenience in practice that effectively gives you infinite battery life. The inclusion of blutooth in addition to the traditional wireless is great, allowing you to listen to PC audio while simultaneously receiving a call on your phone. The red mute LEDn indicator on the microphone is a great addition. Not only do I always know when my mic is live, other people who may be around me know also. The only negative aspects would be that it is a bit on the heavy side and the tightness can be a little overbearing until the headset is broken in a bit.

First off, I want to say these are by far the best headset I have ever owned. There is a number of reasons it doesn't get five stars in my review here, so stay tuned for that. But also don't let the lack of five stars deter you from buying these. I purchased this headset initially because I got way too frustrated with my previous headset. My previous headset would randomly disconnect, the range was TERRIBLE (I couldn't walk more than 5 feet from my computer), and they were just all around lame. This headset on the other hand is great. I can walk to the opposite end of my house, OUTSIDE of my house, in the yard (~30ft, with multiple walls in-between), and they still work like a champ. This headset is comfortable, has a long battery life, works flawlessly on Linux and Windows, and generally have just been all-around rock-stars with very few issues. What I love:1. Swappable battery2. Headset dock, controls, battery charging3. Comfort4. Mute button/function5. Quality (they are really well built, and it shows)6. Can connect to PC and Bluetooth on my phone AT THE SAME TIME (coolest thing ever!)7. Bluetooth (works fantastic)8. Range (insane range)9 Great battery lifeThings that I don't like (reason the review lost a star):1. Batteries have already shown signs of degrading (permanently) after only 6 months.2. Volume button... it is placed absolutely terribly. It is nearly impossible to take the headset on/off, touch it, adjust it, whatever... without the volume knob being hit, and blowing your ears out in the process. The volume knob itself is quality, also functions as a remote control for the dock, and is overall great... its placement is just really terrible3. The dock is no longer charging batteries fully after 6 months. Not sure what is wrong here, but the dock has stopped fully charging batteries. It will say they are "full", but I get HOURS less time out of them then if I charge the batteries via the headset directly. This is a bummer, but not a huge deal as I can still charge the batteries via the headset4. Sound. It admittedly isn't "fantastic". I would label it "great", but as others have pointed out, it is a little glassy, and falls short on the lower tones. However, with some volume adjustments on my PC/headset, and working with the dock equalizer, I have gotten it to a point where the audio is enjoyable, if not excellent. I don't want to give the wrong impression here, the sound IS NOT terrible, it just isn't fantastic, and not something you would expect from a headset with such a high price tag.5. This is minor, and more of a personal opinion, but the "on/off" button has a single function: on/off... and yet you must press it for 5 full seconds to turn it on, and 5 full seconds to turn it off. I find this annoying, especially since it is a small, never touched, nearly recessed button. I wish it was a simple "tap" to turn on/off.

Inanilmaz iyi tasarimli ve dayanikli bir kulaklik. Mikrofonu muazzam.

quality is greatsound (through RF) is good enough for listening hi res music, but it's far from audiophiles qualityconvenience is amazing, i sometimes literally use them during whole day for gaming, watching movies and listening to music.the only small issue is ergonomics during long use. it is actually good, but for wholedayusage is not good enough. my ears get tired because of pressure i have on my ears. my ears probably are too big for them, slightly touching cushions, though they aren't really big...buyer should understand that bluetooth in the his headphones is not designed to produce high quality sound. it doesn't have any tech (codecs) for that built in.double battery solution is the most wonderful feature of these headphones.***i originally wanted black ones, but was sent refurbished twice in a row. so ive even bought turtle beaches 800 ps4 version at some point. but i had to return them as they literally did not work in my RF environment at all.these headphones use 2.4ghz RF band and provide rock solid (as they really say) transmission. i found no spot in my dwelling where they fail to transmit a bit, so consider it as a truth :)
