This shower hair catcher is ingenious and works! I always end up with a small mat of hair at the end of a shower, and it usually sits on top of the drain or gets stuck on the shower wall until I grab it and throw is away. This hair catcher makes it so easy to keep the drain clear and shower area clean. You "swipe" your finger with the hair one way to catch it in the silicone teeth, and back the other way to release the full ball of hair you have collected. The catcher piece slips off the mounting plate so you can remove it to clean it. The mounting plate is affixed to the shower wall with a clear gel piece of double-sided adhesive. It is pretty strong and conforms to stick to tile that has light texture (but would not adhere perfectly to tile or walls with coarse texture.) My only complaint is I wish the catcher used a suction cup or other type of resealable adhesive. The adhesive that is included may degrade over time, and although an extra piece was included in the box, I am not sure I will be able to store that and not lose it.

This hair grabber is well-made and has a premium feel. It is crafted from silicone and can be mounted on a plate that attaches to walls or glass surfaces of bathtubs and shower enclosures. However, including suction cups as an alternative mounting option would make it more versatile and allow for easier repositioning.The claim in the βFrom the Brandβ section that this hair grabber βprevents clogged drains by effectively trapping hairβ is somewhat misleading. While the device helps collect hair, it does not prevent drain clogs on its own. The user must manually pick up hairs and wipe their fingers through the silicone bristles to remove them. Without this grabber, hair would simply stick to the shower wallsβnot the most pleasant sight, but still not a cause of clogged drains.We currently use affordable and disposable shower drain mesh stickers, which are highly effective at preventing clogs. These mesh stickers trap hair and small debris, which gather on its top side, thus slowing down drainage and requiring frequent removal.I am still assessing the product's long-term durability, but it is performing well so far. If any issues arise, I'll update my review. Based on its current performance, I would recommend it.

This may seem kind of gross to have in shower but it helps when you are a shedder π Clean after use so as to not collect globs of hair and gross out family/friends π It does work and Iβm sure some people will just pick up hair from drain each time or put on shower wall π«£ but I donβt always remember to clean it, so this is helpful. The adhesive is why I dropped a star. It is very flat and hard to stick on surfaces and I am not sure you could even remove it without damage to wall/surface..so not ideal for renters. You can slide the whole piece off for cleaning thankfully but the adhesive needs some improvement. Mine only came with one double sided adhesive strip so once you place it thatβs it unless you use other strips.

Smart place for loose hair in the shower! This hair catcher sticks to the wall, and the silicone bristles grab hair well when you swipe your hand. Swiping right makes cleanup pretty easy. It definitely helps keep hair out of the drain. A useful gadget for preventing clogs.

Works well but I have a full head of thick curly hair so this product is definitely not βlargeβ the fallout I have in the shower is much more than this things holding.

I never really knew I needed this, until I got it. My daughter has super long hair, and when she or I shower we usually leave hair on the side of the shower stall. Sometimes a lot of it. With this hair catcher, it is super easy to use. It was also super easy to install, just peel the sticker and stick to the wall. Then the catcher itself just slides down on the bracket, that is stuck to the wall. Super easy to clean as well. When you have hair on the shower wall, just drag it to the catchers and done. Now to order one for each of my showers.

If it werenβt for this thing, weβd have enough hair to knit a full family of wigs by now. Installation was easy, but the included adhesive didnβt love our bathroom tileβso I grabbed some stronger adhesive strips, and that did the trick. Once mounted, it went right to work. With a house full of girls, we clean it daily, but it still beats digging a tangled hairball out of the drain. It doesnβt block water flow, and itβs been great at keeping things tidy. First time trying something like this, and Iβm fully on board.

what a great shower item. it was very easy to install in my shower. my husband is so happy he won"t have to unclog the bathroom drain anymore. I love this gadget.
