This actually works. I was a little hesitant to buy but it definitely stays in place and collects hair. It’s a little bit of a task to remove but in all it works.

This drain cover is great! It’s silicone except for the metal circle on top, which helps keep it weighted down. It doesn’t suction to the surface but because of the weight, the seal is 100%. We have a household of long haired ladies and it’s so easy to clean off, definitely worth the $!!!

Had found our bathtub drain was quite plugged with hair. Found this and decided to try it and see if it helped. I was surprised at how much hair I lost each bath time. Once the tub has drained I clear the hair off and rinse the tub several times, rinse the strainer off and set it on the edge of the tub to dry. I am happy with it so far.

Ordered to try and replace a drop in drain filter. The drop in would constantly clog due to the finer mesh and the amount of both my wife's hard and our 2 shiba's dog hair. While this does restrict flow going down, it is at least constant and I haven't had a worry of if it was truly clogged. The size was enough to cover our drain easily, and I see it grabbing my wife's longer hairs, but the dog hair has been strangely absent. I'm assuming this is due to the larger square.Other than that its great. Well packaged, good flexible rubber, and easily cleaned when needed and folds flat again when not needed. Zero issues with movement, only small draining impediment as stated
