Comes on by itself without being touched (when I'm not even in the kitchen). If that happens when I am away for a weekend (or longer) it could run up a huge water bill !

Easy installation, clear instructions. Touch mechanism does not work. Water turns on and off by itself.

Had to request a replacement for the first one that we ordered. This was our third faucet that we have ordered, the first two worked perfectly. The third one would turn itself on and off, which we knew their was something going on. Requested a replacement, got it within two days, set it up and has worked without an issue. Not sure what was up with the original third order but we would purchase again if the times arises.

Uses lots of batteries. Stops working when batteries are out, without warning. No water unless you install new ones.

The touch feature on our faucet broke after less than 6 months. UPDATE: the company reached out and replaced the faucet asap. Great customer service.

The touch capabilities are really handy when your hands have soap all over or you need the water flow to stop suddenly making it perfect to conserve water. Looks great and the install was straightforward. Looks like the pull down handle can be easily replaced with a moen type easily. The previous faucet had a proprietary pull down that I could not find a replacement part for so I had to remove the entire thing. Already came with the faucet lines so that saved a few bucks. The pressure button has enough strength to blast off food residue from plates so that’s handy. The only thing is getting used to the tap feature it’s a bit confusing at first because the touch concept is so new to us but once we got the hang of it it’s extremely convenient and something we probably can’t live without in another kitchen faucet. Excellent value for the money with the looks and features you would expect from something selling 2-4 times as much.

Took time for plumber to install, never got the touch function to work, could hear a clicking noise but no action. Looks great except you can’t screw the handle to turn it on in tight. Old saying “ you get what you pay for” never truer. Amazon should stop selling defunct faucet.
