I use this for my ball capsand it works great but check a small place before you spray the whole area whatever it is.

I purchased a new outfit for the cement goose we have on our front porch. The manufacturer recommended using waterproofing for the outfit. I had never thought of that before, as we've had the goose for many years, and the outfits always took a hit with the ever-changing weather here in Iowa. We've had bad weather lately, and although the goose is in somewhat a protected spot, the outfit looks as good as new. I'm so glad I purchased this item.

It really repels water on my jackets, shores, and bags! After researching the variety of water repellent sprays, I purchased this one as it was the lowest in price with a greater quantity of liquid. One can covered 4 jackets (including hoods), 4 pairs of shoes (both cloth and leather), and 2 leather purses. It was easy to use-just spray it on, and the items dry quickly. The jackets were tested in light rain and stayed dry as the water beaded off. I haven't tested this in heavy rain, but the low cost of this product makes it reasonable to spray more applications if needed. This item pays for itself as I have saved money refreshing my favorite jackets, shoes, and purses to stay dry in wet conditions. I just purchased a second can to prepare my winter clothes for the snow!

This waterproofing spray worked great on my canvas backpack.I wanted my backpack to be waterproof as best as possible, because I'll be taking it on a hike soon, and this spray offered the best solution to the problem.The spray goes on wet, and the canvas of the backpack TEMPORARILY turned a bit darker, but as soon as it dried the fabric looked just like it did before. The color change is merely due to the fact that the fabric comes into contact with something wet.The waterproofing works well overall. It's not perfect, and I'm pretty sure walking in a downpour for more than ten minutes would not necessarily keep the backpack all dry, but moderate rainfall and especially drizzle or splash from creeks should not be a problem. If I sprinkle a drop of water onto the backpack it beads up and slides off the fabric, but if I keep doing this multiple times in the exact same spot, the fabric starts soaking up a bit of the water.

Had to buy this on line because I couldn't find it locally so I paid almost a much for shipping as the product. Hard to find non silicone product to go with type of boot to be treated. Really stinks, so spray outdoors. Seems to work.

I order this frequently to keep my everyday shoes/boots in perfect condition.A quick spray as soon as they come out of the box assures they stay puddle, rain, & snow proof through busy Wisconsin weather. I use the spray on many different fabrics, including sateen, corduroy, canvas, cotton, crochet, suede, etc.If I spill coffee or drinks on my shoes, they wipe clean with a damp cloth, no stains!I also use the spray for fabric bags; it works just as well.No shoe goes into the "collection" w/o a good spray, but I swear they last twice as long!!The spray will always be a part of my closet accessories.

Great stuff. Sprayed my old ski coat with it and now it repels water better than it ever did. I also used it on a down coat that was neer made to be water proof - this is not really what the product is meant for so it did not work nearly as well but it did work okay. The down coat repels water better than it did before but it is by no means waterproof now. Worked great on some gloves as well.

I bought this originally to coat my 5.11 Tactical Rush 12 backpack. After coating my rush 12 with this, and basically dragging the thing through mud, sand, dirt, and water, to see it completely unstained was great. I ended up coating pretty much all of my gear made of nylon/cordura with this, and they have all stayed clean for the entire time with just a few coatings. My rush 12 has had this coating on for way over a year now, and it still works great.Highly recommended for anyone who wants their gear to stay clean & looking new.
