Works perfectly allows water to flow through to my disposal and catches food in strainer. Stopper does exactly that, filled the sink and came back a half hour later and sink was still full.

After years of trying many sink drains and feeling disappointed...this is it!!One of the oddities of life is how solving a small daily frustration can lead to such oversized relief.We have highly mineralized water and that leads to difficulty in maintaining sink cleanliness.Here's what I like about this drainstopcs multifunctionality:This makes it so fast and easy to let water in and out of the sink. Just push the button! No putting your hand into dirty dish water to wiggle it open. Or wiggle the drainstop to make sure it stopping the water. Tiny things add up!And the water drains rapidly!The drain basket is small, BUT it empties easily and cleanly into the trash. I wasn't sure I would like the smaller size, but I actually do. It also catches those very tiniest specs of broccoli flowers (my nemesis) which I was surprised at. That keeps the underside main part cleaner. Picking up the main part and giving it a quick rinse at the end of the night is a good idea to keep it clean and fresh. Very easy to do!The last drainstop I bought would accumulate mineral and food 'gunk' in the tiny middle spaces underneath and around the center knob shaft. Unsanitary and hard to clean out!I like that most of this drain is stainless with only the rim seal silicone. I noted one review of the silicone holding a strong smell with well water, but not concerned at this point for our water.So far very good! I am really satisfied with the design function and the materials.I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have!

These are SO nice. I really love the design. I am a renter and we have really old plumbing (1920s and probably never replaced old) and these have been helping keep and stuff from getting into the pipes and is easy to clean. Double layer of protection and just very high quality.

I replaced the rubber curtain from above my garbage disposal because it kept getting super gross and I felt like I was cleaning that nasty thing way way too often.Anyway, I got this to replace it hoping it would solve the problem.It fits great and looks like it came with the sink. BUT, it gets clogged fairly easily and I have to fiddle with it often. Also, I did have to give it a good scrubbing the other day because it was pretty nasty underneath and stinky.It’s still better than than rubber curtain that was there before.

These are so much better than the standard sink stopper. Push the button and you can fill the sink, push it again and sink drains. They look nice, fit perfectly and when they get yukkie toss them in the dishwasher and they are brand new again.

These are amazing especially if you have a well and can’t use a food disposal. The plug fits my sink perfectly! Which is something I’ve struggled with in the past with other plugs. I love this it is completely stainless steel and easy to clean.Update:The silicone outer ring smells terrible. I’ve tried to scrub it with everything I have. I used vinegar, and baking soda, bleach and still it smells like a dead fish, and you can’t use the product with the silicone ring. Don’t recommend unless you want to keep buying a new one every month or 2.
